You really do make the whole convention possible and do it with a smile on your face. Where I could see punching some attendees (especially at the larger events not at the Paramount) you manage to handle them with patience and grace that just blows my mind. Thanks again for all that you do and know that we really do appreciate it all.
First PAX for me as well.
Every single Enforcer I encountered was very friendly, nice, talkative, and funny. They really made my first PAX eperience great. So thanks

Also, thanks to the hottie Aussie enforcer in the kilt who picked me up (literally) in front of my boyfriend. Best giggle I've had in ages.
There was a hot Aussie enforcer in a kilt and I missed it?!?!!
Yes, I think his name was Bruce MacHotterson or something...
You're likely talking about the dashing man known as Arnonaut (Arno for short). Not to dash your fantasies, but he happens to be married to the lovely Liger from these very forums.
The man with the sheep was none other than the world famous Johnny Nero, who is, in fact, an action hero.
I also want to thank the Enforcers. I had wonderful experiences with the crazy hard work ethic of the Main Theater, Line Management, and Line Entertainment Enforcers this year. You guys are so hard working and friendly and overall pleasant. Thanks for making it another great year, guys!

Triple thanks to the BYOC Enforcers. Explaining the restricted nature of the room to non-BYOC people was constant, always the polite and cheerful explanation from the Enforcers.
Like I said many times when I went in and out, you guys/gurls ROCK! (If I missed any when I was there, imagine the speech and double-finger point: "You guys/gurls ROCK!")
I'm with Dya in that I'd like to thank all the other Enforcers. I wouldn't want to do this year after year if it wasn't for the rest of you. I have never had such a positive experience working any other show, nor have I had the pleasure to hang out with so many wonderful people.
I believe we had two hot kilted Aussies this year. If he had longer hair, that was Kwaizy. Short hair and clean shaven - YOU STAY AWAY FROM MY MAN!
Thank you to the enforcer who was running the "Beat 10 Classic NES Games" contest for making it so enjoyable. To the random tips, trying to get "Back to the Future" to work and us teaming up to remove NES catridges from the extremely worn NES console made the whole contest that much more awesome. I didn't feel like just another random participant in a random tourny, i felt like i was actually apart of it. Thank you once again.

just wanted to give a special thanks to the enforcers that were cleaning the controllers at the Console freeplay. That looked really boring and not very pleasant, but they all looked like they were doing it right and we appreciated it.
seriously! was nice not worrying bout getting a grimey controller
I appreciate the work you folks put into PAX. I had a great time and never feared any "out of control" dangers.
I really appreciate the gentlemen who was working the Minecraft exhibit- when notch was showing off his adventure update on friday.
You did an excellent job keeping people from flooding the 6th floor exhibit hall.
I believe we had two hot kilted Aussies this year. If he had longer hair, that was Kwaizy. Short hair and clean shaven - YOU STAY AWAY FROM MY MAN!
Ask your man if he bought a $20 cookie from a brigadier on Saturday night. If not, my ass is safe. If so, you can find me at PAX: I'm a large man with a beard.

Also, Arno is awesome, hug him frequently!

I missed so much, next time I leave the family at home! I think we need a men of PAX in kilts calendar, money to Child's Play of course!
The sheep is still a running conversation in my house. I had to stop them when the conversation turned to knocking out teeth so they could get their own sheep faster. The moustache was a great touch at the end of the day.

I'm glad you liked her, although I'm not sure she'll make a return visit due to:
1. Me waking up on Monday and realizing just WHAT I WAS BRINGING INTO MY HOUSE!!!! (The zombie apocalypse will start in Bellevue, I promise you)
2. I'm not sure she will survive the amount of cleaning she'll have to go through.
That being addressed, I'd like to thank the enforcers for everything they did this year to help a rookie out. I felt totally welcome in the group, and, even though I knew they put in a lot of work for this show beforehand, I now know just how much A LOT is.

I'm totally down for an Enforcer Kilts Charity Calendar, provided I get to be Mr. July, of course. I don't recall buying a cookie from anyone but I certainly might have picked someone up for an epic hug if given the opportunity. If so: you're welcome! If not: hit me up next time!!!
I want to thank the Enforcers that the general public doesn't ever get to see: Namely, the Enforcer Welfare crew who run the fabled kingdom of Enforcerland.
And so: curlybrace, Spydernights, Slifter, bloodrose, River O'blood, slimburrok, PhysicistLisa, Masami, Xanny, monkeygirl, book_wyrm, raingirllori, Ren & Heather & Virtual (with the magic healing hands), and of course, our very own [E] Mum, MORTE!!! If I'm omitting anyone then I'm truly sorry. You guys and gals make Enforcers possible, because without you we'd have nowhere to sit and our shoes would all be filled with blood...
Also, to all the AWESOME attendees for posting in this thread. Without the fans, there wouldn't be no show.
How about we all get together next year and do this thing one more time? Does Labor Day weekend work for you all?

Lysol spray and a trip through the washing machine in a pillow case, she should be good as new! Trust me, I've had to wash some of the oddest things off of various stuffed animals.
Always figured it would start in Bellevue ;-) It's a good thing most people can't find anything east of Redmond, we'll be totally safe out here!

Thanks to the all the attendees who clung to Wheaton's Law and were more than willing to work for the common good. You were what makes it a pure joy to do what we do. And special thanks to the amazing couple who brought us tasty donut treats in the Queue room on Sunday. They were delicious and delightful.
Big Thanks to the [E] veterans who inspired, taught, and welcomed me warmly into the ranks.
I want to thank all the Enforcers who took time out PAX time to watch and help us PAXers. You were always kind and helpful to me and my needs. I owe you cookies, is there anyway to get an estimate of how many there will be next year? As I said I would like to give cookies to you.

School Girl Goodness...Watch for us at future PAX Prime events. If want some of my geek chic collection, click on the etsy link.
BUT, if you want to make us REALLY happy, you could make a bunch of cookies and give them to the Cookie Brigade. That would definitely make all of the enforcers happy.
With the amount of Enforcers we have, we could almost do a daily calendar twice over.
Per PAX, or in total? If you include everyone who has ever taken the mantle for Seattle or Boston, we have over 1,600 Enforcers on the books. Four years of daily calendars, plus some extras. ;-)
Oh, and Attendees - we love you! Even those of us whose job is to be a Mean Guy who stops you from using that 'real' pass you unknowingly bought, or carrying that cool cosplay weapon, or blowing off some steam in the Queue Room. As a security-flavoured Enforcer, I spend a lot of my PAXes telling Attendees "no, sorry, you can't have/do/say that," so it's always nice to read this thread and see how well-loved my colleagues are.

Little does he suspect that hml151 is actually the secret identity of the Army of School Girl Goodness, a regular and prolific brigade contributor. Perhaps the offer is for a specialy special enforcers batch?

Haha, if that's the case, then I will gladly accept a cookie... and then donate to the brigade.
