I like how coming into the Pens game tonight I was hearing about "the giant hole that is MAF" and now I'm watching a 9-3 Pens lead with the 2nd period not even over.

Everyone was ignoring the fact that Bryzgalov gave up 11 (edit: 12! I forgot the late goal in game 2) goals in three games because his team was winning and not drawing suspensions. He's put up a few saves which were individual brilliant, but his game generally was not at all impressive even in the first three contests.

Apparently the 9th goal tied a record for most goals in the first 4 games of a playoffs series. 44 goals ties a 1985 series between Chicago and someone else.

First period since the first of game one that the Pens managed to not allow a goal. Though there were some free men skating right in front of MAF, so it's not like the defense was much better.
