When healing, does it show your XP gain? I read that it doesn't give you XP if the damage you're healing was friendly, so I'm just curious if I should see it otherwise. Cause I healed an Infiltrator and didn't get a little burst of text informing me how much XP I had gained.

You will see xp gains pop up as you heal. Healing is great xp and you will see it flow in. You also get a good burst of xp for reviving people as well so keep that glue gun flowing!

Pandora has a faster kill time but a smaller magazine size (equivalent to the default TR). In theory it is superior, although I suppose you have to be more accurate.

Honest question, as I asked my generalish question here because I signed up for CoA. But if I should keep all my noob questions there, I will.
I was instructed by a mod to keep generic PS2 discussion over there. Stuff like "Which of these guns should I take to better help the outfit" or such could go here. Blurry line, but most obvious stuff should be obvious. Don't discuss TR weapon choices in here, for instance. :P
How do we get together to shoot mans? I seem to have gotten dropped into a random squad fighting over a plant of some sort. I switched over to the Medic loadout (also, obviously) and made BR 2 via healing, but I really have no idea what I'm actually doing.
So the TR on Waterson are proving to be special. I sat in a bush as tanks and people ran past me and I was just sniping away for about 20 min. Another sniper (NC) decided he liked the spot also and sat in front of me and started sniping them. I zoomed so far into his head I could see out his eyes before I pulled the trigger.
Played in the beta, but not enough to a)get very good or b)get involved with the PA people playing. Created a Vanu character on Waterson today, though, and would be delighted to play with you gents. Name of Xanthax. Oh, look at that. Game crashed while I was alt-tabbed to post this. Awesome.
I think i've invited everyone that's asked so far. Feel free to invite cool pubby people if you find any. And I made a channel in the G&T vent! Check the sticky in the G&T forum. I'm heading to work shortly but will be back tonight and expect voice chat shenanigans! If you still need an invite, ask one of the randomly chosen officers:

I wish Vanu weapons had more a punch to them and didn't feel like I was playing laser tag. PS1 Vanu weapons didn't feel like this as far as I remember.
