I have the terrible urge to match that with a +9% item so I can be all like, "Hmmm, yesss, that's an even 20% towards a Whetstone." Either that, or sell it to a vendor for alteration fragments.
Cool. I forgot my character's name. Will post when it's back up.
P.S.
BEHOLD MY WAND!
(Imagine some bullshit blue-name with something like "+13% to spell damage.")
That thing on your helmet, is it reusable?
Mine is Arthel
Yep! I just reclaim it via the microtransactions UI.

Speaking of awesome items, the first item I identified was a pair of gloves with +10 dex, health regen, +1-2 damage and some health/attack speed. Pretty sweet
Good times. Going for a blackguard style templar, with undead minions.
I'm dead serious."
Haha, this is what I'm doing! My focus will be: fire, shield, and statues (bought the statue re-skin).
I'm putting the call out now:
I could use the following skill gems if you find them and they are "extra".
Firestorm
Summon Skeleton
Anger
Molten Shell
Just added you -- jericho89/Ecce. Let's group after the restart? I want to roll up a new Templar and get in on this zombie-lord bandwagon.
Yeah sure, I'm playing as a Ranger by the way.
Character name is Glykta. Around level 10-11 at the moment.
Nor are the upgraded premium tabs (though those may just require a client restart to see).
Annnd since the server just exploded I guess I'll have to wait to find out.
Did you pay for it after open beta started? Pretty sure the kiwi stuff is for closed beta dudes only
Before. At least, I'm pretty sure before. Last night sometime. I was pretty sure you had until 2 hours before the beta started for it to register and I was long before that.
Not bad.The mana leech is pretty sweet.
I'm dead serious."

Basically, hit really fast and hard with claws, and outleech enemy dps. Using the evasion>armour keystone to turn all that evasion into damage reduction (I want consistent rates in and out, obviously), and I think I hit enough accuracy boosts and such in there. Lots of room to pick and choose last bits (Chaos Innoc/Ghost Reaver, or grab dual wielding speed/damage from duelist area, etc.)

I was about to post this shitty unique evasion glove as a mockery of all items that have gone before.
But nevermind. That item there is actually legitimately good. I imagine you could use it forever.
Still looking for Summon Skeleton (need desperately!). I have a couple of Dex skills if people are looking, as well as Spark.
As a kiwi I find all of the NZ accents really awkward to listen to. I get the same things in movies/TV shows where I'm used to hearing North American/European accents all the time.
Also my axe is awesome, considering it was found in Terraces. I'll head towards iron reflexes on my ranger though, makes me sad that evasion and armour both seem not quite as good as just having a humongous energy shield.
EDIT:
I also learned that daggers add global crit chance. If you're going to go that far out of your way to grab crit nodes, it's something to consider.
At the risk of repeating myself, Unwavering Stance is also something you might consider. You are immune to stuns at the cost of never evading. But you wouldn't care about that if you're buying Iron Reflexes.
Yes . . . evasion probably needs a buff.
The reason I'm going that far out is more or less because I was trying to create as generic a build as possible for my first run through so the only things I looked for was: HP, one handed awesome as opposed to more specialised stuff.
Wait, what does this mean? They already nerfed CI, was ES really that unbalanced?
Then again, being a risk-averse player I am probably going to plan rigorously regarding my build before starting.
