I'm still waiting on our copy to arrive. My wife placed an order with Nuclear Blast a few weeks ago, but she ordered a bunch of stuff, including the new Children of Bodom which isn't out yet. They are probably waiting to ship everything at once. She's not been great at keeping up with the order status either, so I have no idea what's going on there.
Speaking of Children of Bodom and Amorphis, apparently there's a CD included with some German magazine called Legacy that has them covering each other's songs.
