So a quick thought here, while people try to decide on votes. We have seven people that are immune to elimination, but not the vote. If the mafia knew the prize would always be elimination immunity or even if they didn't, but assumed that would be the case (I think it would have been a good assumption for anyone that made it). Now assuming we aren't dealing with a mafia that has atypical numbers, that leaves open the reality that one team will have a disproportionate number of mafia (assuming 6 total). Now the winning team has seven members, so that leaves a level of uncertainty for any seers that look into the group. So the mafia would have a very good incentive to bump up a team, likely one that has more than one mafia. Yes, that bumps up a potential seer's chances of guessing right from 1/6 to a minimum of 2/7, but we have no public network so the chances of coordination between seers are probably non-existent.
Now I bring up the term atypical numbers because given the nature of this game. The mafia may have a non-standard win condition, like secure the position of top chef. So a smaller number of them with an edge on scoring, might be a possibility, minimum of three. In this scenario, the winning team would be the most likely to have mafia; especially, if there numbers are as low as three. Any votes on losing team members could be a complete waste in a scenario where one or more teams have zero mafia members.
Now this all hinges on the assumption that by immunity to elimination, that means being eliminated from being removed by other players. Also entirely possible that some elimination removal is completely outside the control of both the mafia and the village (aka someone's rolls results in them cooking an abomination that requires them to be removed regardless of their alignment). I'm also a little worried that mafia, who win challenges, may have some cover against seering.
Anyways, list of team 2 members.

This team also has some big name players, which could easily lesson the danger posed by seers. It might be possible that bum is mafia, but I'm not sure the mafia would want to put someone, who could have replaced buddha up in the limelight. Bum also has name recognition IMO.
kime goes without saying. Obi is also another fairly well known name. Either one could be mafia, but I'd think the mafia would like to keep any of their BNP out of the spotlight, since that is inviting seers.
This leaves Delmain, Gizzy, ihaveachair and RGG. Sorry guys, your names strike me as the ones that most people here might skim over, but I could be dead wrong.

Don't have time to look up a quote now, but the OP more or less specifies this is not the case. The OP describes this game as mostly vanilla with the challenges layered on, and specifically says that the wincon of becoming top chef does not affect the standard mafia vs village game.

Um...If the mafia are the judges...aka not cooks participating in the challenge but uh Judging said challenge...why would they be trying to get the top chef spot?

Farangu and ihaveachair both have 3 votes right now, a number of people each have 1 vote.
I don't quite know what to make of the data presented in the game so far. While the cooking results are interesting, I don't know how to interpret the information given, and on the straight Phalla side of things, we're only a single day in and I don't have any hunches in regards to who the mafia could be.
There was also this list of big named players or whatnot that someone made... a couple years ago? They were fairly new, and they actually picked mostly other relatively new (but vocal) people that they thought were big names in the Phalla world. So it became a joke.
They may have been right by this point, but I don't remember who was on the list. Or if this is a real thing and not something I dreamed up...
Has anyone gotten their final quality brought up or down by cheering/jeering in a results PM? Jdark seems to have confirmed it would happen that way but maybe he got confused by me putting too many clarifications in one post.

1. Do we get our dice roll results? (which we've all started getting at this point)
2. Are jeer/cheer results included in our final quality in these results PMs?
3. Can our individual dice rolls be manipulated by the abilities of other players?
Changing to Mill because ties are bad and for throwing me under the bus!
ihaveachair this is not satisfactory village behavior!
If the mafia really decided to to rig a round I guess I can see ihaveachair being protected, he did get some heat yesterday for voting gandalf for roleplaying.
But mostly I think ihaveachair is a good day 2 target.

It means a bunch of people are hurting the village. The village never wants ties, and nearly everybody that's pushing it should know this already.
It also means you're forcing me to do this.

mainly because ihaveachair's vote on Mill is so dumb.
