Introduction

Welcome to the 2013 edition of the Phallies! It’s that time of year where we pull the knives out of our colleagues backs and recognize each other for a job well done. Players new and old are welcome to celebrate this past year!

Rules (stolen from last year’s op)

• Vote will close at 11 PM EST every day for the duration of the awards.
• Vote in an appropriate color for each award and make it clear which award you are nominating or voting.
• Inactivus isn't very hungry for some reason.
• This is about roasting and toasting, not flaming and shaming. Speak your mind, but don't be the rain on our glorious parade
• We are looking for classy gents and dames for guest narration. If you’d like to class up (or party down) this shindig, let us know via PM!
• Games that are in progress may not be discussed.

Awards Schedule and Voting

The format will be similar to previous years. On each day nominations will be given in bold red and bold blue. After nominations are given, the following day winner’s will be decided with the bold goldenrod or a bold medium orchid corresponding to the award. VOTE CLOSE WILL BE AT 11PM EST

So does this not cover the Main that was run in D&D? Cuz there were a lot of new players there that did some very veteran things.

It does cover the one in the SE++ game that Baidol just hosted, but i don't think there was a d&d in the previous year.

I think I'm the last person to run a game in D&D and that was before the All-Stars game I ran last January.

Also, how long have @Invictus / @CesareB been playing? Regardless, they always stick out in my mind as the "dangerous new guys" but maybe they aren't so new anymore. I feel like its only been this year but maybe its been longer than that...

CesareB won the award last year. Invictus started playing in the Mandophalla, which is just inside the cutoff point.

I literally remember the awards starting pretty much as I was beginning to do phalla, and remember thinking that I'd count as new next year. My first phalla was definitely Mandophalla.

I think I played maybe two games this whole year.

This means that I was involved in far less backstabbing and betrayal this year than I would have liked.

They both played in the newbie mini that is included in the timeline, so I feel that they count.
