So as I sit here and wait to download Wolfenstein via Steam I thought I'd post up the questions for the PAX Prime 2014 forum badge. Remember if you're going to pick up the badge from the BYOC desk you will need to know the answer to these questions. If you're a regular forum reader at the very least you will know the answers to these questions.
3) Do Mike and Jerry read the Penny Arcade forums?
No
4) Name/Handle of a PAX Forum Moderator?
Moe Fwacky or zerzhul
5) What is the theme for the PAX Prime 2014 forum badge?
Pen and paper RPG or RPG character sheet
6) What is the mythical figurine on the PAX Prime 2014 Forum badge?
VR Pink Eye Beholder
7) What is the name of the PAX Community RPG that is the theme of this year's forum badge?
Expo Halls and Enforcers
8) There is a group of PAX attendees that give out crunchy and sweet foodstuffs and takes voluntary donations for the Childsplay charity during PAX. What is this group called?
The Cookie Brigade
9) According to the forums, it is a general rule that PAX is most definitely not, under any circumstances a BLANK service. What is the 'blank'?
Dating
10) What is in the two tone colour of the shield within the PAX community crest?
Red and Blue
With the questions come a slight tweak to the forum badge front. It now looks like this:
Looks great though! Will dice (and instructions for n00bs like me) be available at BYOC for rolling our own stats?
If they don't I'm sure Table Top could help you.
Also, I think I might acquire one of these this year. It actually took me a while to figure out how. It may be buried in the broken part of the OP's spoilers, but I didn't see it in the part that was visible. Figured it out by reading through the thread though.

I'm not sure how you cannot understand how to pick the badge up, I've written the instructions in bold in the OP. Remember this isn't something anyone can get, they must be an active member of the forum community in order to get a badge, which is why acquiring them is not through official channels. For example if you asked an Enforcer during PAX where to get the forum badges, they will most likely not know what you're talking about. The reason being that it is a community led thing and not something PA have come up with. In fact PA have expressly told me in the past not to use any official logo of corporate identity stuff with this badge as it will confuse WSCC/BCEC/[insert PAX venue here] security as to whether or not its a PAX pass.

I think Beker may have been trying to look for information in your "history of the OP", but right now nested spoilers are broken. The majority of that section is unreadable. The bolding of the current OP was helpful to me though, so thanks Kropotkin.
Between you and me, Peggy, I smoked this Juul and it did UNTHINKABLE things to my mind and body...
Yea sorry, how to pick up was clear. How to sign up to have one waiting for me was what I could not find easily in the OP.
That's because that is not a thing that exists. By participating in this thread, you will have your name on the back of the badge with all the other names. There won't be one for you specifically though, or anyone else, just some number of them.

Yea I figured out I needed to post in the thread eventually to get my name on the back. Thanks for the confirmation and clarity on the process. Its my 15th PAX but there is always something new to learn.
this may seem like a silly question but how do you get your name on the back? i looked at the wiki and it seemed by just posting in the forum will do it, but is that true?

Participating in the current forum badge thread is one way to get your name on the badge, so it looks like you're good to go. It worked for me last year.
I do wonder if one year the font will become too small to read all the names. What then?
those are some terrible rolls, but would make for a pretty fun character
Those rolls totally say "Bard that talks a CRAZY amount of shit and gets away with it" because you don't need combat skills when you have every point possible shoved into bluff.

i say the day the font becomes to small, you limit how many can get on the badge and you have to pay like $2 to do so.
I'll never charge for these badges. Also I usually get 150+ plus names on the back without any trouble and yes participating in this thread will get your name on the back. Other methods include being the person who makes them in the first place, being Robert Khoo and a forum moderator.

Trick question? They seem to be the pretty much the same anyways.

My favorite way to roll stats is the following:
roll 7d20. Toss the lowest. Assign dice to stat slots. Gives terrific variance.
Option to mulligan the entire 7d20 for a new 7d20, but must keep the new set.

this is actually a really useful technique and I take it you just go down the line and assign the numbers to stats or mix it up by chance?
they look great!
