I think I just received a third package, but my roommates* opened it, so I don't know if it was from Satan or a very short list of friends.
Also, as I understand it, my Satan is remaining anonymous. I have their name, but obviously I'm not going to post it. So, thank you, Beezlebub! You are a class act.

I'll be out of the country as of tonight, so I won't be able to open any packages until I get back at the start of January. Don't worry though! Any package will be received and held securely at my office until then.

Also I don't know where this would go but my wife is addicted to Ghost a hunting shows and had to watch them to fall asleep and I was just wondering I'd the idea of ghosts jives with Christianity.
People will say things like "unfinished business" but I always believed that Christian understanding of why people is because God decided it was their time, and that when a soul leaves the body it's judged and either sent to Hell or Heaven. I was taken to Baptist church as a kid so I never had Purgatory so I don't know if it's a possible reasoning for ghosts. I thought the bible had stories of Jesus fighting demons, but I wasn't sure if ghosts/wandering spirits were a biblical thing or not.
There's a story in the bible about the Witch of Endor summoning the ghost of Samuel, but medieval Christian authors held that it was not Samuel. only a demon taking his form

So I went to the Post Office and they went into their vault and collected my precious which I took home post haste, placed precariously on my couch, and shot at the right angle so no one could see how trashy the room is because it would upset my wife for strangers to see it.
As soon as I saw the address my suspicions as to the identity of Satan were confirmed and I tore into the package to reveal:
Dozens of cookies, of the Snickerdoodle, Gingerbread, and Butter Chocolate Salted Caramel variety! I suppose now is the time to admit I'm a cannibal.

The cookies were fine, but the White Cheddar Corn Puffs you filled the box with were pretty dried out and had lost their flavor.
