You can't buy Complete Season 4 in one package on DVD? But you can in Blu-Ray, the hell?
I hate crap like this. The worst offender I've seen is Season 2 of Spectacular Spider-Man, which never released as a full set on DVD (it was just those stupid three or four episode collections), but they released a Blu-Ray of the entire series.
You think that's bad?
They only just released the 2nd volume of season 2 of Gargoyles, like, a year ago.
That season aired in fucking 1995, by the way.
By the time they put the full second season out for sale the show was practically old enough to drink.
To be fair, Season 1 and the first half of Season 2 sold poorly, to the point where the second half was only released 8 years later as a Disney Movie Club exclusive.
"If you want something done right, I have to do it!"
"Orpheus, it's your landlord. We're trapped in a cliche."
"Hank, get off those spikes! It's not a ride!"
Man, this episode was just so great.
I first found the show in college in the manner that college kids often discover shows. When I saw Escape from the House of Mummies, Part 2, I was pretty sure the joke was that there was no Part 1, but I spent the entire episode sort of wondering if I'd missed an episode.

You missed the episode where they kicked Edgar Ellen Poe in the balls thinking it didn't exist? You should really go back and watch it, it's entirely worth it.
Just got through 20 Years to Midnight and now he is wandering around the house shouting at the dogs to ignore him

My favorite part of that is that they at they at least once say "escape TO the house of mummies, part 2" I think.

"Slower than haunted house spiked walls, but not quite as slow as evil scientist spiked walls" is one of my favorite lines from the series. I just love how Orpheus instantly understands Rusty's frame of reference.
Dr. Mrs. The Monarch refusing to give a straight answer as to why The Monarch hates Venture seems more ominous now that we know there's a secret history there that not even Monarch knows.
I know she probably doesn't know, but given all the things it turned out she DID know, I wouldn't be surprised if she knows something.

Rusty losing his shit over "Ted" and even conjuring up an explanation for the toy and the cassette tape and everything.
Just amazing.
OH
so that's who that fucking was.
I was going crazy trying to figure out who voiced Martin.
Also as a side note, Talia is still kinda hot after the mutation (I can't resist a pretty voice)
Some minor S5 spoilers

..I don't want to jump to conclusions but are they making a Justice League analog filled with gay stereotypes?
Bow dude's costume is likely a reference to the purple worn by Marvel's Hawkeye.
No, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't Stars and Garters.
