Aw man, I'm sitting here in Seattle, working on work while you guys are all over there having a fun time playing all the games and drinking all the things. I has such a sad right now.
Well after 4 pages of lending library transactions we have only one game missing it's home. @Le_Goat is that Monty Python Fluxx yours? If so I'll drop it off when you are handing out steins tomorrow.
Any feedback people would like to give would be great.
Hope all had a fun night!
EDIT: just got the message about fluxx, 1pm ish is stein pickup at the bridge, right? If so, see you there!
Another excellent evening, much thanks to @rtm416 for the organisation. I'm sure there will be plenty of people gaming on Sunday evening until they start to take the tables down

I'm sure of it! This also seems like a good time to remind everybody that the tables will indeed be taken down sometime Sunday night, no definite time (sorry).
Know it's not your guys' fault, but if there's any way to secure more space next year, that would be really helpful. Tables were tough to come by and full, and some people had plopped down since 4 p.m. and hadn't budged. Sucks that Sauceity ducked out at the last minute.

Yeah, the hotel tried to accommodate us but I didn't really have much time to plan more space. I agree space was at a massive premium, but that should (without over stepping my bounds) be better next year.
@rtm416 - Sounds like you rocked it! Thanks so much for not only taking on the [not insignificant] responsibility of coordinating this event, but for doing such a bang-up job.
This year was a triple whammy for attendance:
1) Last year was slow, so by crowd-theory, this year wasn't. (But by the same prediction, next year will be a little slower) +People
2) Sauciety was rented out by a paying group at the last minute, and we lost some seats -Seats
3) There wasn't an alternate game night advertised (Like the Mariott Long Wharf) +People
Therefore: Base People + People - Seats + People = Aw, shit.
I strongly encourage other folks to set up alternate game nights at the other hotels next year to help with the spillover. Contact @rtm416, @Halfazedninja , or myself for details and/or suggestions on how to work with the hotels.

Yeah, If I am at a hotel other than the Westin (most likely the Hyatt Regency in Downtown crossing if that is the case...) I will see about setting one up there. Someone give me a nudge once hotels for '16 are live.

We tried that last year and it was a big flop in terms of participation and hotel revenue, so they're not providing anything formal on Sunday.
The tables will be left up on the mezzanine until late Sunday/early Monday if you want to game.
@rtm416 (who may be busy PAXing)
