Marginal benefit bordering on total bullshit.
I mean, nerves do run in lines from the extremities up to the spinal column, and some muscles are connected rather far up the chain via tendons or whatevs, and applying pressure to those nerves/muscles/tendons can elicit a sensation from places beyond the point of pressure itself.

But there are nerves you can stimulate (even on the foot) that cause reactions in other parts of the body. Ice cream headaches are a form of this.
They won't improve your health or help you though.
