The survivors find a trail of large rotting teeth littering the ground. Each survivor may scavenge, roll a 1d10 on the table.
1 - You cut yourself on the sharkp shards. Suffer 1 event damage to the arms hit location.
2 -6 You find nothing of use
7 - 10 An intact tooth. Gain 1 Large Flat Tooth Screaming Antelope resource.
On a 6, you get one of those critters that swims up your nono zone while you are crossing a river. you may only take one to the waist now, but just wait until later when the eggs it lays start hatching.

Luckily, you'll probably be dead long before that happens.
While this is true, I suppose it matters if KDM is more about the death, or more about the pain leading up to, and after the death. I think the death is a small part. It prefers you to suffer, succeed, then the death happens and you feel the pain of that missing person, or that person who has two broken legs that cant hunt anymore but was the only one that could wield this awesome weapon etc.
It's been a hell of a month. Work used to be quiet enough that I could handle running things quietly in the background and keep the game moving at a timely clip. Unfortunately we had a major reshuffle of management which left us scrambling to handle rapidly changing circumstances. I've been travelling a lot randomly which doesn't help either. My "free" time is a whole 'nother story.
I don't want to see things fizzle out. If someone (or multiple someones) feel they can take over running things I'm more than happy to pass the reins over and see things continue.

Well, as you can see, its kinda petered out. it was fun. I own a copy and had a game going with someone for a few weeks, but then that petered out too. Damn Real Life interfering.

As interesting as it would be to bring a 30 lb black box full of bloody, near pornographic material into work so i could properly DM the game through the day, I think it might be a little unreasonable.
Like the doctor who animated Frankenstein (the monster's name), I shall attempt to take up this task.
If someone else wants to take control of my character they can feel free.
I'll need until at least the afternoon to get home and have access to the hunt deck.
