North World: Epic of Conrad ran as a webcomic in 2007-2008. The original webcomic site is now down, but the comic is available on the author's website. It has also been published by Oni Press as a paperback

Comics in magazines are bad stuff. Like life alteringly bad

Marty: The future, it's where you're going?
Doc: That's right, twenty five years into the future. I've always dreamed on seeing the future, looking beyond my years, seeing the progress of mankind. I'll also be able to see who wins the next twenty-five world series.

I would honestly be proud if I could draw a comic that is so bad it altered someone's life?

Ah, I didn't see it, but folk make mistakes.
We have a whole new page for sharing webcomics though!

I loaded up hiveworks, and dang it looks like the entire webcomic community signed up when I wasn't looking.
    Feels like Keenspot!

I loaded up a random comic
    http://www.daughterofthelilies.com

& it seems pretty good so far.
Seems relatively new, and I enjoy the coloring loads.

    Here's the about page

What happens when a man who kills monsters falls in love with a girl who thinks she is one?

Brent, a brutish, freelancing adventurer, realizes that he's fallen for his coworker, Thistle: a shy, talented Mage who considers herself a monster, and who is relentlessly pursued by a tyrannical dictator.

Daughter of the Lilies is a comic largely about the importance self-worth, the different forms love can take, and issues relating to anxiety. (There are also unicorns, manticores, ghouls, goblins, cannibalistic elves, and so on.)

Seems like it's going to be a good one!

(warning - gross skeleton at the start)

I am not challenging the warning but I thought it was a good comic to be honest that's why I quoted it from the spooky thread
I guess I have officially reached that point of not batting an eye at wall vagina stuff anymore
Anyway I will be more careful next time

    it's not that it's complicated

it's that I've spent over a quarter of a century learning to associate certain temperatures with certain numbers and I don't feel that it is worth the effort to undo those associations and create new ones

Eh, this is kind of a false dichotomy. I mean, you don't have to undo those associations, just create new ones.

how is that in any way a false dichotomy?

Well, I kind of saw you as only leaving two options for yourself:

    1. Undo Fahrenheit associations and create Celsius ones.

    2. Keep Fahrenheit associations and don't create Celsius ones.

I knew a guy who wasn't all that short but wasn't all that tall either

    He was Fahrenheit.

So am I interpreting this monster right in that it's a spine, with the tailbone now being the head?

Because it looks like its legs are halves of a ribcage and the weapons in that area would be the, erm, "shoulder blades."

Addams Family Thing, these two characters are definitely not disembodied hands.
