The best hope of Rubio and Cruz is to draw Trump deep into a detailed policy debate. So, they're fucked.
I don't think so. I think they just need to use all their time asking Trump to elaborate on his plans. It doesn't go deeper than that because it can't!
Trump is missing an easy opportunity to really overtly try and sell the narrative that the IRS is only auditing him because they're corrupt or biased or whatever. Seems like the kind of thing that would play well with this crowd.

I think he will lock up the GOP nomination, but I think he's helped considerably by being able to go away from him for a bit.
When you just repeat "But seriously, explain that" to him a lot, he implodes.
He's great at soundbites but when it's him Vs. Hillary or Bernie for 2 hours with nowhere to reset, he's not going to do so hot.
I mean.. I love that they (pathetically) tried to hold him to specifics. I wish they'd do that to ALL of the candidates.
