    Yeah
The best Christmas music is still the Transsiberian Orchestra, but nice try.

If you've ever in your life worked retail then you know the awful truth that Christmas music is a travesty of a genre

Literally anything is awful if you're subjected to it enough at work.

I heard an extended version of the 12 days of christmas on the radio.

There is no way the death toll from that song is under double digits. I was ready to kill myself by the 3rd day.

But the Transsiberian Orchestra rocked it last Christmas 7 years ago

Last year before they brought back the Radio they used CD's for background music
Just one night it got stuck on one song so for 9+ hours it was

Frozen is the only thing I know her from, at least when I see/hear her name. Just hearing the music by itself, I probably wouldn't instantly connect the two.

Idina Menzel is an amazing singer. She was the original Elpheba in Wicked!

She was also in the classic Disney movie, Enchanted!

Probably because, in the gameplay itself, notes huddle really close together for warmth.

Has anyone ever told scary ghost stories and tales of the glory of Christmases long long ago before? Because that is not a tradition we have here.

Being constantly worrying about the plague coming to kill you and reveling in killing heathens in Crusades aren't really in vogue any more.

Every shop I go into is playing Christmas music now.
Only it feels like it's the same album of 'The 20 Xmas Songs That Some People Actually Like', but the timing is staggered so the same song starts playing as I go into every store, which is starting to freak me out.
Except for Burger King, who were playing Karma Chameleon.
I bought a more expensive meal than I planned to, just to encourage this behavior.
I saw a number of people smile as they walked in, like they'd finally found a refuge.

Nobody remembers the singer. The song remains.

We talk about past White Elephant gifts and how during my 1st family Christmas party, I called 911 and a bunch of emergency vehicles got dispatched to the house looking for an "angry baby." (I have never liked that stupid Christmas party.)

    Does that count?

Also, for this year's White Elephant, I'm giving the following:
    • A "How to Draw" book
    • A "Nuns Having Fun" 2016 wall calender
    • A children's book titled "Naked!"
    • A sketch book.
    Packaged in that order.

My family is in the process of forging new traditions this year since there have been changes to how we're going about christmas, so I need to find a sufficiently white elephant White Elephant gift. Everytime I stop thinking about it, something reminds me

"Go down, kick ass, and set yourselves up as gods, that's our Prime Directive!"

I have a list of things my mom told me I absolutely was not allowed to give my dad's Catholic siblings, if you'd like.

I also could make a list of past White Elephant gifts that went over well/things I've considered but not done yet.

The White Elephant is the only part of my dad's family's Christmas party that isn't completely hellacious, so I get really into it.

The Christmas Station my store has running has a cover version of Fleet Foxes' White Winter Hymnal. Whomever chooses the songs probably wasn't paying attention.
