Weak but at least he didn't (breath of the wild korok seed spoilers I guess??)
take a ghost shit in your bag
Also I'm wearing the money saving armor and I cant quite figure out the rules for the whole "lose will and darkness and go to safety when you die" part
I want to say you have to have something like 50 to 70% of your will and darkness meters available for it to proc. I forget exactly.

It always procced for me, but it takes, I believe, 4 pips of will and 2 pips of darkness so if you don't have enough will for that you'll die anyway. By the end of it I could get 4 uses before dying if I used the skull to heal after each recovery.
I keep throwing myself at the infinite tower in specter knight, I've made it a little further than halfway but thats it so far
I should probably hate it but I think that because the sections are randomly ordered and you get to keep any money you pick up each time it is way less frustrating than repeating a hard platforming section in most actual levels over and over
I got to, like, 80% once. Once.
The trick to it is the upgraded timeslow coin. It really gives you room to recover from bad RNG. Once I started using it I completed it within five or so attempts (after spending like, hours at it)
Reward for completing it
And then I wanted to throw my Switch across the room when the fucking reward turned out to just be MONEY
Wait, really?
Why the hell was my completion rate only 98% then?
Maybe you have to do it twice. Don't know.
Did you unlock Specter Knight's original armor prior to getting lich'd?

I don't think so. How do you do that?
I think its from getting all red coins from every stage. The armor lets you play as specter from the flashbacks (plus the caltrops weapon).

Weird. I definitely had all the skulls going into the final stage. Or is this a New Game + thing, since there are two skulls in the final stage?

I dunno, I only read about it but didn't unlock it myself.
request for a Proletariat Knight that fights with hammer and sickle
My idea for new knights are a standard-looking knight who thinks he's the main character: Sword Knight.
A knight who controls the powers of darkness: Night Knight.

Every N64 3D platformer after Mario felt like the way to one up Mario was to give you more stuff to collect, except the act of collecting those things wasn't actually interesting so in practice what you got was more busywork.

I could possibly have the desire to play Banjo-Kazooie again

Shit, I'd even play Shovel Knight party
hey let's not say things we'll end up regretting here
I dunno, I only read about it but didn't unlock it myself.
The fact that the remaining one third is exceptionally high quality just does a lot to overshadow that
And those giant renfest turkey legs!
Here's a barrel full of shovels, whoever's shovel you grab on your way out is who you go home with
Aw crap this is Shovel Night Party at the local swinger's club. Why do I keep making this mistake!?
I wonder
:winky:
More like Link's Awakening.

...KNIGHT TRAP?
I don't particularly care for Banjo-Kazooie, but it's okay if you like it.
Super Mario 64 is a great game and watching speedruns of it is amazing.
But how do you feel about Super Mario 64 and watching speedruns of it?
Great and amazing, respectively.
I blame drafts autosaving for that weird post.

Good Knight Irene
He starts out good but has a real shitty run midway through the game.
The final boss fight in Banjo-Kazooie is mostly against the camera
The way Mario 64 is structured is just more my thing.
I think they're still working on releasing the Mac and Linux versions first
