I think my problem with the FF7 remake is that I'd kinda just rather have an HD remaster with a fixed translation?
Like, uprez the backgrounds and world map. Clean up the battle models, and use them for outside of combat as well instead of the lego people ones. I'm good. Maybe make some of the side quests less convoluted. Charge $30 bucks and we're golden. Shit, sell Advent Children costumes as DLC if you gotta, I'd buy em.
I'll sacrifice dragon quest, the mana games, assassin's creed, madden, and windows solitaire for the selfish wish of wanting Nobuo Uematsu to come back out of his semi-retirement and compose the soundtracks for good games again, or compose symphonies or something at least

At this point it might just be better for square to do a granblue collab and put some characters in the platinum game and call it a day
