Farming events is almost always more lucrative than free missions, though! Less downtime is definitely good for that, and it's not like we need to worry about catching up any time soon. Downtime is just nice to give you a break from feeling like you need to use your AP.
...granted, skill gems are something of an exception. A lot of events don't give you many of those. I think I'll always be looking to get more blue and red gems of all types.

Guaranteed give got my Jeanne d'Arc to NP2. Did 5 pulls for the 10 without realizing Gilgamesh wasn't in this one. Got Medea Lily and not much else. Pretty disappointing.

The 90 free quartz I popped into the Scathach gacha was less impressive, but I'm alright with it:
5* Prisma Cosmos (second copy)
4* Be Elegant (MLB)
4* Imaginary Element (MLB)
4* Knight's Oath (NEW)
4* Lancelot (NEW)
I just got four new gold servants, at least two of which I definitely want to raise. I do not have nearly enough embers for this shit. Or ascension mats, for that matter.
Guaranteed roll got me Altera. Certainly good, but a little uninteresting, since I've got her on other accounts. Also an NP upgrade for Herc, though, which I'm happy with. Couple of regular 10-rolls got me Medea Lily, an NP upgrade for Lancelot, and 2030. Not the grand prize, but I'm still pretty happy with that.
Heracles is nice though for that delicious NP damage (if only I had a kaleidoscope).
Heracles generates the best CE for him at bond level 10!
Unfortunately, even if you put him in 100% of your parties, it'll probably take the better part of a year to get him there. Still, he's very good even without it.
My guaranteed pull got me a Waver, who I did not have until now.
So that's pretty nice.
Not bothering with the Scathach banner, because my luck is terrible enough that I'll need to save everything I've got for Mordred if I want an even halfway decent shot at her.
