Holy shit I can't get over how bad that scheme is. It's ATROCIOUS. It's OFFENSIVE (for how bad it is at being defensive). It might actually be the worst card this game has ever seen!

And even as I say it, I'm thinking to myself "Oh my god this is supposed to be for fatigue warrior isn't it. Just draw it early, sit on it until your library burns and use it to gain 30. That's what this dumb, stupid card is supposed to do."

Unidentified Contract, works like the other unidentified cards from KnC. Only seen this version so far, they said there were 4 total.

That particular contract seems busted. Assassinate and Betrayal as one card.

Apparently they all destroy a minion and the second effect is what's randomized. One version gives coins, one gives you a copy of the minion, and one summons a Patient Assassin (the 1/1 stealth poisonous).

*whistles* I'm hard pressed to name five big effects Rogue can do for 6 mana. Draw a bunch, something akin to Vanish, maybe a cost negation of the next card played, group stealth?

Oh, all kill a guy plus bonus, ok that makes more sense.

I use spirits, they're pretty good if they cost 1 mana and utterly fucking useless if they don't.

Really not that bad.

But it did somewhat feel like a female gamer trying to express excitement about her play options presented by the new cards, and two dudes trying to steer her. Which is what they did with Day9 all the time too, don't get me wrong, but it felt even worse this time.

What I'm saying is that the right way to do a reveal stream is to go through each and every card the way other HS streamers do, and then play some games to show them off, instead of stopping all the time to look at a new card that popped into your hand and oh no now you're roping and Thawmus is having a nervous fucking breakdown. Then you don't have to steer the player, you can just let them play, discuss strategy from time to time, and fuckin' relaaaax.

I know we already talked about Boom's Scheme, but man that card is seriously so bad. I don't think it would be playable even at 0 mana.

The only things I can think it's good for are to turn Shield Slam into a quick 2-card 2-mana removal combo, and to use Heavy Metal when you have no armor.

But that's about it. Maybe we'll see some cards that use it better, but yeah right now it looks pretty bad.
