Oh I am well aware that Orihime got majorly screwed out of having some actual agency with everyone else. It's one of my problems with Bleach, especially when they supposedly set things up so she was going to be important then nope just Ichigo's pocket medic again
Hey, I don't watch Jojo or anything, but I saw a thing on youtube where some guys were dancing with a guy's head on a hook. There are lots of videos of the dance... but I would like to know what happened to the guy hanging from the hook. I have no interest in Jojo itself. Just the resolution of that particular scene.
one of the characters has a power to put a zipper on anything, and he can unzip it to take the thing apart. It seems like he can control whether the unzipped pieces behave as if they're still connected or not, so like say for instance if he unzipped a pipe he could make it so all the water falls out of it or that it just sort of teleport across the gap
after beating an enemy, he unzipped his head from his body to neutralize him without killing him, and then his friends started kicking the head around like a soccer ball to torture him for information. When that didn't work, they stabbed a fishing hook through his eyelid and strung him up facing the sun, with a pair of glasses to focus sunlight onto his eye that he couldn't close because of the hook. And then they decided to do a dance number because, y'know, why not
The guy still doesn't talk, and IIRC you just kinda don't see him after that scene. I think they mention later that they didn't kill him, but they just kind of move on to other things
those goofballs!
they're literally part of the mafia and their big dream for reforming the organization just boils down to getting out of the drug trade (but staying in the business of assassination, protection, theft, etc.)

To be fair, not a lot of gang members in the business of assassination left after these boys were done with things.
Girono: “just look at this. The mafia’s selling drugs to a kid like this.”
Me: “OK, that kid looks like he’s 35, but sure.”

So I just saw a Youtube with the first 10 min of "Evangelion 3.0+1.0" showed at Japan Expo
Now, I saw Evangelion in it's original run and had the whole series on VHS, including the "WTF" ending.
Then I saw "End of Evangelion" and it wrapped up the series in a nice little bow.
After that some other movie came out but I only watched the first 15-20 min or so and quit watching when I realized it was just a just the TV series edited as a theatrical release.
Am I supposed to know what is going on with the new movie? I'm pretty sure every was tanged in the original series. Is this like a side story or flashback or something? Eva...8? and you drive it like a truck?
until it's revealed at the end of evangelion 7.77: you can (not) escape that everything we think we've experienced since the original japanese broadcast of episode 26 of the original series has been a dream inside of the moon

To be more precise, the first film felt like a revised version of the series, but then the second film started diverging... and then the third film really went in its own direction.
Popular speculation is that it's not a new continuity, but actually a continuation from the original series... somehow.
The bodybuilding anime was pretty enjoyable, really upbeat and catchy opening too
It's kinda horny but not creepy I guess? (imo)
I've read a few chapters
I think it's easier to excise the horniness since (at least in the manga) it's kiiiiinda limited to whenever someone muscles explains how an exercise is done with a half naked character. So if they redo it in the anime but without the half naked bit it should be good...? I could definitely be forgetting some other fanservice, though!
I don't think I'll ever get tired of hearing that Yakuza interview bit about, "Yeah, there was that Yakuza who ran an orphanage. Tax shelter... but ran it legit y'know?"
My only real criticism was I wish they had just said “Hey the whole class is going here!” instead of the extremely contrived “Wow, everyone in our class ended up here at the same time?!?”

that is explicitly her power
when kubo wanted it to work
yeah I know. they're good boys. (they're not)
Cool!
I assume you mean Bôa, the British band that did Duvet and not the k-pop band BoA, right?

I mean Giorno's not trying to be a gangster
he's trying to be a Gang Star
Me: “OK, that kid looks like he’s 35, but sure.”
That's the drugs, man.

Giorno believes Kazuma Kiryu is real
(for the purposes of this joke, please ignore that the Yakuza games would not have existed at the time part 5 is set)
People aren't always terrible.
That looks pretty dang good!
What, no twinks?
Is that movie named “Lupin The Third The First”?
I really thought Kaworu would tase her in the butt hole by the end of this...
That was good! That ending fight was rad as fuck.
My only real criticism was I wish they had just said “Hey the whole class is going here!” instead of the extremely contrived “Wow, everyone in our class ended up here at the same time?!?”
I would watch a series about Young All Might.
But it was otherwise great!
Glad Jiro got some more time though!
