I'd say Tome Raider or Trapped in the Tower is the pick with Steelclaw Lance and Foreboding Fruits being kind of close seconds.
I'd probably take Tome Raider because you can find better removal than Trapped in the Tower and Tome Raider replaces itself with the draw (and is a creature).
I think that Steelclaw Lance is the best card but immediately put you on the path of only Rakdos AND only knights. The deck just might not come together.
Foreboding Fruits is good if slow and keeps you pretty open. But it's definitely worse than Tome Raider.
Castle, Tower, and Lance sit at about the same spot and would be good first picks. Castle also has the upside of taking up a land slot.

Okay so I took the land. Then I got to the end of pack two and realized I didn't really have much red at all. Ended up blue black and lost twice in a row. Alas!
Prerelease codes given to the five who requested them. I'm out for now, but I'll keep my eyes open if the FLGS has any PR kits left.
Of note, the reason the PR code cards say "one pack" and "five times per account" is because someone screwed up and used the cards for the promo pack codes, which indeed pay out 1 pack up to 5 times. The PR codes are one use per account but six packs.

I don't think simic flash works anymore. There's just too much value in those adventures. If I counter the ability, great. But letting one slip by is like letting two slip by, which destroys the card advantage.
Might need some tweaks. It's still fun to pilot but my win rates are for sure lower.
5-1* in my first ELD draft. Merriment is as bonkers as it seems, but even without it the deck was able to chip away at their life before punching through with the tappers and Joust+pump.
*The one loss was from a disconnect bug.

How do we reach it now that the Throne mastery thing is up?
Also, this event seems way too random to get 12 wins with only 1 loss.
