I remember an arcade game back in the '90s that gave me Last Starfighter vibes. It was a two player game where there was a pilot and a gunner and the gunner stood behind the pilot.
I’ve had a 2-player, The Last Starfighter inspired game written down for over 15 years. One player is the pilot who flies and handles all the combat in first person. The second player, using a second screen, controls the ships power management, long-range radar, upgrades, and communications/hacking during stealth missions.
To give you an idea of how long I’ve been sitting on this concept, I originally dreamed it up for play on the GameCube with a GBA link cable. Over time, the concept become portable to different consoles seamlessly.
If only I had time, budget, and skills to make it come to life.

Hades officially beaten! Kinda! As in I managed my first clear and Zagreus made it to the surface. Used Aspect of Chiron and loaded up on boons that enhanced my Special or survivability for the most part.

I've been playing some Phasmophobia with a friend the past couple of nights..
I really do not like jump scares, but it's pretty fun with at least one other person, we leveled up enough to have a frightening time in a high school.
But when I later tried a solo mission, I ran back to the van and took off as soon as the ghost did anything at all.

The one time I tried to solo a mission there was a thunder storm going in game and it increased the scare factor. I decided the ghost was fine as is.
My two friends and I finally hit level 10 so we can now run intermediate missions. Not sure what the difference is besides the setup time being 2 minutes instead of 5.
Also keep running into coward ghosts. Keep saying their name or trash talking and they wont try to murder me so we can get a picture of the ghost or get some dirty water.

There's no interaction between Microsoft downloads vs Steam downloads correct? So my copy of Two Points Hospital on gamepass doesn't have anyway to access the Sega free items I assume?
I think they're given out in the TPH update that I downloaded yesterday. I tried to download the free objects and it just launched the game with nothing mentioned on the main menu. I didn't load a map so I don't know for sure, but if you have them they should appear in whatever object menu in-game.
I wonder what percentage of that 7.5 million actually played the game.
So actually 11 people because I didn't.
I DID betray GabeN and redeemed it for free on my EGS account, but SEGA declined to join Nvidia for Geforce Now so I have no way of playing it. Damn you, capitalism!
It's not spooky, but since I'm trying to wait for a sale on the game I want I started Iron Marines a little while ago. It's a pretty good RTS thing from the Kingdom Rush people. My only complaint (and maybe all RTS are like this now) is that it seems to be designed for people with three hands. By default map scrolling is on the arrow keys while all the commonly-used keyboard shortcuts are on the left hand, but you still want/need to use the mouse to direct squads and whatnot.
Also, I really dig the art, but that's not surprising as I love the Kingdom Rush look and it's the same dev.

Yea, I'm really looking forward to it. There are a lot of cool stuff in the works apparently and the dev is also pretty active with the community and getting ideas from players.
I do really want to play with a full group, just none of our friends want to play because the game is too scary for them.
