Delver's barely even a defining card in "Delver" decks anymore, which is pretty funny. Modern and Legacy play Dragon's Rage Channeler and Ragavan. Legacy still plays two Delver, but it's the "worst" 1-drop.
It's probably good enough for Historic, but does it make the deck significantly better than Sprite Dragon?
It's interesting that they used the "exile spells from graveyard, copy them, you may cast the copies" format rather than the (IIRC more common) "you may cast spell from your graveyard, if it would be put into your graveyard this turn, exile it". They're both wordy, though the former seems a bit simpler. But it is a little odd that the new format means the spells (the copies, rather) are cast from exile (?) rather than the graveyard, especially in an Innistrad set, which often has mechanics dealing with cards being cast directly from the graveyard. This way gets around Grafdigger's Cage, for example.
It also plays really well with Prosper, Tome Bound - one of the new AFR precon commanders - and any other cards that care about playing spells from exile, like Wild-Magic Sorcerer. That whole deck is based around playing spells from exile, I'm not surprised to see more cards that support the concept.
oh great... well, if you got grossed out by Magnifying Glass or other eyeball-related body-horror, you're gonna want to avoid the art on this one

Flashback shock helix is a keeper
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
Ooh, that's a cool card. Plays nicely with a lot of mechanics, but personally? I want to use it with "shuffle your graveyard into your library" effects.
I wish it was worded so you could do some dumb combo with pitching your whole library into your graveyard and then returning it into your library to get a 50/50 in one turn

Looking at all the flashback cards makes me wonder if Crimson Vow will also feature the mechanic, since it's still Innistrad. It would be nice to get enemy-colored spells in the next set, to say nothing of YET ANOTHER dual cycle that is only the allied pairs.

them completing the pathways in back-to-back thematically unrelated sets gives me hope they both know it frustrates people with unfinished land cycles and also had enough lead production time for that lesson to catch up

Very creepy

I don’t think there are any hashirama cells on innistrad
that art seems a little extreme for only 2 damage, but flashback is nice

realized what his transformation art reminds me of:
Burn spells tend to have high flashback costs, especially if they are a) instants or b) capable of hitting any target. This is both.
Could even do "Be afraid." and "Be very afraid." as the flavor texts.

not bad for an "opponent chooses" card. Plus reanimation spells with flashback are always nice if you like self-mill.

Looks alright since most humans are 1/1s.
Edit or a werewolf token being 2/2
