Cold Calling and A Preview don't show up for me, but the red x has a comic sized box, whereas the box on The Predicament is only big enough to fit the red x and the alt text.
Cold Calling and A Preview don't show up for me, but the red x has a comic sized box . . . I'm using Internet Explorer 7.
One of the two guys that reported that they could see this said that he was using Firefox. Perhaps the problem lies with IE7 somehow? Because that's what I'm using and I still can't see those two comics.
Confirmed (for me, at least) -- I still can't see those two comics with IE7, but I can see with Firefox 2.0.0.10 and 2.0.0.13 (both my initial Firefox browser and after I updated it). I can see every other comic that I've ever tried to view with IE7, it's just something about those two.

I've been going through the archives today and I've found many comics missing. Haven't been able to find notices about it, so I figure I'll post 'em.
(snip)
That's what I've found so far. Seems like a lot of the stuff from '99 is gone.
Edit: Nevermind, somehow I missed that someone else has already posted about this... I'm apparently insane.

They don't display with IE6, but Firefox loaded them fine for me.

Those are also OK in Safari. I know you were all extremely worried about that.

I confirm all of this in IE7. To add, I can view and download the jpgs with Firefox, and trying to view the downloaded jpegs in IE7 also fails: IE7 is treating those two particular files as corrupt jpegs. They also happen to look a bit rubbish quality(compression)-wise in Firefox compared to other compics.
Solution will likely be going back to source, re-saving them as fresh jpegs and uploading those.
I was trying to find the accompanying Comics for each of the Podcasts, and What Goes Around http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2008/1/18/ apparently doesn't work, neither Firefox or IE will show it up.

Yes, that's right, the newest one.
Uh, sometimes it happens that the RSS feed updates before the comic is actually posted. This is usually corrected by 10am or Pacific time.
In other words, no need to panic yet.
Cheers

I've got a patch in, but I won't be able to fully test it until Monday.
Same here. Will this be fixed soon?
Neither of those show up for me in IE7.

Repeat comic. "I Know a Guy" is missing I guess.
I hope so... Tried looking at those two comics in Explorer, Firefox, and even Safari... Definitely not there...

They're doing what they can to fix it. The archives had a bit of a problem a while back and they've been doing everything to fix it. Be patient.
It's got nothing to do with us, and there's nothing we can do to fix it. If you really want it fixed, mail robert khoo. His email is in his profile.
