Quite well, actually. I've taken a different approach from my previous "results-based" strategy. Basically, I just have a good time with her and see how things go, rather than trying to maneuver towards getting the first kiss, or acknowledging a specific relationship status. It's working pretty well so far, I had a great time last night.

Yeah, definitely. It's the thing you most associate with the person writing, since styles can be very similar depending on the topic, and the av causes you to associate things with the person behind it. It is why, for instance, I think of ElJeffe as a grumpy old prospector.
The avatar thing is ruined once you meet people though, Hacksaw for example, is not menacing in real life, his avatar has no effect on me because I know his lanky-ass is sort of cute in an oafish, dorky way and not scary at all.

I... I didn't know how bad it was when I signed on the dotted line. That'll show me, I guess. This is the only place I know of around here with four bedroom, four bathroom apartments. My girlfriend and I wanted to move in together but wanted others around for the first year, so her roommate joined us. My ex-roommate (who is currently in Japan) will join us in August. We didn't have much of a choice, unfortunately.

Yeah, she's alive. I'm spending my time effectively locked in the apartment, or running her errands, until Monday night when she's going to try and commit me again. Also medication, medication mishaps, near-death experiences, and an ever-growing string of rejections by doctors. Oh, also, AWOL bloodwork.
It's like, I avoided the system for a long time because the system had failed me, and now the system is failing harder.
