Well, gay marriage is being legislated here in Wyoming but a lot of the populace is being all up-in-arms that the legislature is even talking about it. HURR HURR GAYS AINT PEOPLE HURR HURR

This state is wonderful, except for a lot of the people.

edit: And really do children have any human rights? No free speech, no freedom of choice or religion, no right to vote (as it should be I reckon, mental maturity eh wot.) Saying a fetus is human and then denying them basic human rights is a bit fuckin' sketch.

Its like risk reduction doesn't exist in Jigrah's world.

From a human rights viewpoint I just do not understand how you could be advocate personal choice when it comes to abortions. Although I guess there is some opposing viewpoints of physical right over the body and providing the means to reach potential for the fetus.

No, I didn't say that. It's needed for a lot of woman because they have the option for it, also I would argue it is barely needed in the first place, just highly desired.

Hey man, our state is fucking beautiful and geologically important and stuff but man there are a shit-ton of rednecks. The bad kind of hateful ignorant redneck, not the friendly "Hey y'all, want some barbecue?" rednecks.

We've got lots of the second group too though.

I see you wearing your Rorschach mask while saying that, living in a world where black and white never mix, no gray. Something about society not being as good as it once was. Whores or something about a smell. Then you set some dude on fire for littering.

Yeah, he's only doing it to prove his 'moderate' stances and curry favor with the sheeple so he can get re-elected and take all of our guns and replace them with Hawaiian-born Islamic heroin needles.

Can you actually state your views, or at least reasons why? Do you even have a reason for half the things you believe in or is it more of an identity that you find appealing?

Abortion isn't murder because fetuses, at the stage in which an abortion is still legal, are not people. Capitol punishment MIGHT be murder because they're people, but fuck me if I want "people" who rape a little girl's eyeholes running around. Partial-birth abortion, however, is totally fucking murder.

    capital punishment is murder

    abortion is not

hope this helps, forums poster Deacon Blues.

What defines murder? Are soldiers that kill in battle murderers? Someone that gets into a car accident and kills someone, is that murder? What if it is a drunk driver?

I cannot understand how you can look at abortion and be like "That is not the intentional killing of a human". I am attacking the reasons for your stance, not the stance itself. I am for the option of abortion as I think it helps further society and makes it more productive.
