Amadeus Cho was actually declared the fifth smartest man on Earth by a soap contest. Pythagoras' title probably either comes from that soap contest as well or was appointed by Cho himself.

It sure seems to be. Volume 1 was 1-25 and Volume 2 will be 25-42, so you'll get a double up, but it works with the Death of Cap title.

I would say, if that wording is correct, it's probably not Carol back from the not-really-dead-fuck-you-Brian-Reed, and more likely Ultra Girl.
I'm tentatively bolding The Crimson Dynamo as a perfectly good character because he was cool in the quasi-opening arc of War Machine that started in Director of Shield.
UC Avengers and UC Spider-Man, a new Mark Waid arc in ASM (I'm probably going to skip the Dark Reign arc), the end of War of Kings and Destroyer, an issue of Deadpool for every week (two ongoings and a limited? seriously?), Death of Cap Omnibus, Messiah War Hardcover, Ghost Box hardcover, Iron Fist Vol 5, X-Men First Class Finals TPB, Thor vol 2 TPB, Exiles Ultimate Collection 2, and Ultimate X-Men Ultimate Collection 3.
Damn. That's a lot of awesome. More awesome than I'll ever be able to afford.
Well Rogue was wiped clean again, right? She always has to drain one person completely and retain their powerset on an ongoing basis... First Ms Marvel, next Sunfire... from the cover perhaps that person is going to be Ares o_O

Maybe. But really a decent writer can't bring her back fast enough. At least I think she'll be in X-Men Forever, so that's my little bit of bottled hope that I keep grasping onto like it's the one true ring.

Why does Loeb get to mess with Deadpool? Why does he get so much free reign? I just... I just don't understand. I mean, when was the last time a Loeb book sold because of Loeb? I mean, last I recall in the past few years he's either been on a book that would sell regardless of whos put on it (Wolverine, Ultimates) or he has a superstar artist backing him up (Hulk, Ultimates again). It's maddening to see him continue to write books and then get to use characters I actually give a damn about.

Is that what's taking so long? I noticed a new wolverine in the stands a week ago and was kind of shocked to see it was by Jason Aaron (and it was no longer the Old Man Logan arc). I guess now I know where its ending.
