I'd rather not lose out on something this good potentially because of it going beyond the limits of what we're allowed to do, which I kinda think strapping village aligned conditions to it will cause.

We should definitely put something much less overbalanced in second place, just in case Gumpy's response to overpowered suggestions is to trickle the vote down to the highest-voted acceptable suggestion.
