I'd say the 400 Blows, but that's just me. The Meaning of Life isn't one of Python's best. Granted, it's up against two of the funniest movies of all time in that regard, but it's still a definite step down.
I seriously question some D&D regulars' ability to discuss a casual topic.
Here is my understanding of the forums:
Topics to be discussed casually are in SE++.
Topics to be discussed with pedantry are in D&D.
The same thread can exist in SE++ and D&D. The difference is how the topic is discussed.
I could be wrong. But without that distinction I see no sensible way of distinguishing SE++ and D&D in terms of the reason for which the forum was created.

SE++ is a big chat thread. That is the distinction. Threads stay on track here and can merrily trundle off on tangents there.

Would not staying on track inherently make the conversation less casual?

Except that I see a lot of posting from mods on this forum telling people to get back on track in threads. Like the Sarah Palin thread, jesus.
And SE++ somehow manages to be mostly on topic in a lot of their threads. Last I checked the Sarah Palin thread there managed to be about her again!

For the first time in ages I had to buy condoms again today. I am always shocked and confused at the array of options and yet most of them seem to be ony the most subtle of differences. Also, annoyingly most of the variety packs contain some portion of benzocaine coated ones, which frankly I am just not into.
A good poker player can still make a winning situation out of a bad hand.
Alas, I am but a mediocre poker player.
I am a medioker player.
You should feel bad for that. The joke I mean.
Are you playing like real poker, real people around? Or online / against a computer? Poker only really works when the human experience is there. Since it's part of the game.

Online. I was watching the WSOP, and I got a hankering. I of course much prefer to play against real people.
I stopped playing poker and went and beat a couple people in chess. I feel much better now.

You're the ones doing it. The retarded subjective vs objective argument needs to be buried so people can get back to lamenting the waste of a decent idea or saying that it was fine.

I would argue that getting someone to recognize what "objective" and "subjective" mean has far more utility and virtue than bitching about the art style of a free webcomic.
I could be wrong, though. But it is not as if correcting shryke is preventing others from posting their bitching about the art style of a free webcomic.
Edit: though, I will agree that I did not like the art style. I just don't see a point to bitching about it.

Psh. Polls.
This terries and arouses me
I'm moving house on sunday, so I'm packing all our stuff into boxes and pushing my vertebrae back into place as needed.
The trouble with moving out of a small flat is that when you pack you have nowhere to put the boxes and suchlike.
It's like Tetris but with more hernias.
Now, let's see if the posters notice...
I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me? Why didn't you believe me?!

My theory is that someone lost a bet.
No. It is my freedom.
Exactly? You're agreeing with me but you're phrasing it in a way that seems to suggest you're pointing out an error.
