I've mentioned my completely awesome car in here before, but here is a picture of it about 1.5 weeks after a fresh coat of wax, right after I put new plugs and plug wires in (or maybe just before, I don't remember when I took the picture):

So I was just in an accident. My friend was driving, my other friend was in passenger, and I was back passenger. So we're turning right in an intersection, and a young woman came flying through speeding through the yellow. Took out our passenger side. So now my legs are all messed up, my friends car is totalled, and my passenger side friend is unconsious in the hospital.
It could have been, there were alot of witness accounts that said that, but some said she was trying to run the yellow. I wasn't really sure, I was too busy
but if your light was going from green to yellow, her's would have been red the whole time, not switching from yellow to red
that would have required both her and your light to have been yellow at the same time, which is impossible unless the traffic lights were fucked up
i think i might have this mapped out wrong in my head
anyways, glad you're not dead
how i understand it he was making a left on the yellow
and the lady was coming at them, on the same road, heading towards where they just came from
so when they turned left at the yellow, they presented the passenger side to the lady running the yellow
Ok, I drew it out. We were waiting in the intersection for the other lane to go empty, and it went yellow, and no-one was there, and she came out of a parking lot, turned and tried to beat the yellow
Apparently, when I came too, I was in alot of pain, and the first thing I said when someone asked me if I was alright was "Have you seen my glasses?"
Naw. My head has cleared up, but my legs are worse. I took the day off work tomorrow, I can't really walk. If she was going a bit faster, or hit us earlier in our turn, I hate to think what would have happened... nothing like confronting mortality on a saturday afternoon.
Man that sucks Davoid, glad you and your friends are ok

Yeah that's why you wait till it turns red when you're the last car turning left. Never trust another driver not to try and beat the light let alone run a red.
Yea, ha ha, we had some people behind us, so I think my friend wanted to go and let them follow
I am glad we are relatively ok, I don't know about the young woman, she was crying and was carried off in a stretcher. I should be able to walk in a few days though.

Damn, at least you're all okay
I hope your friend in the hospital recovers quickly
Didn't have time to get a proper feel for the 2.0T (though I'm really interested in it), but the 3.8 Track is freaking wild. Buttery smooth power delivery, rev-happy like a VQ, when the tail comes out it is easily controllable.

Roll around town picking up fat black chicks.
Well as long as we're stereotyping the car ... it would never work. My car doesn't have a failed air suspension system dragging the trunk around, doesn't have silly wheels, and doesn't have a trunk full of subwoofers.
Now, picking up chicks at bingo night is pretty easy with that car ...

Very nice car.
fari how long after you signed up for that event did you get any confirmation?
I signed up way back when you posted it here and haven't heard a thing

a few days before but it really doesn't matter because they just look up your name on their own list when you get there anyway. you don't need to bring anything.

I'd have to draw it, my head it a bit foggy
Oh damn I totally wrote right up there. Sorry. Left, turning left. I'm thinking right because that's the side I looked out and saw the car coming.

fun to drive, definitely an improvement over their old car, a 2000 Cavalier
Not as if that sells it. You could be talking about anything.
but they were looking at an HHR originally, I talked them out of it
christ what an ugly car

I never wanted a boxy car before.
I once had to deliver drawings to an office that had a diablo and a gallardo spyder in the lot
it looks cool right
did you... ask for a tip
Do you live in Northern Virginia?
is there a notorious Lambo driver there as well?
