the reason this is a story isn't because he's a smuggler, it's because there is a fair amount of evidence that he's mentally ill and thus shouldn't be entirely held accountable for his actions
executing mentally ill people is wrong and fucked up
It's a good thing that doesn't happen in the United States! Those crazy Chinese...
According to the Chinese Government, insufficient evidence was given that the man had any mental problems. I'm sure his family claim he does, they'd say anything to prevent him being executed. It's their job to prove it.
yeah, and it's a problem when the US does it too.
of course they're saying he didn't have mental health issues. they just executed him. but from the story "Sally Rowen, of the legal charity Reprieve, said a report from a consultant forensic psychologist had diagnosed him with bipolar disorder and delusional psychosis."

if he was actually delusional, that'd be one thing

cause being bipolar doesn't make you likely to make poor life altering decisions

maybe he thought it was a good idea before he got on the plane, regretted it during the flight, then thought it was a good idea again when they landed.

based on what i've read, it sounds like they're saying he was more susceptible to being convinced of the pop star thing because he was having a manic episode. combined with his delusions, he was pretty easily coerced.

They eat.
Dogs.
Eat them.
With their mouth.
Put them in there and chew on them.
Dogs.
The Chinese, they eat them.

BADASS
China.
That walk up to the two downed motherfuckers?
That was fucking gangster.
I don't see why it would be any different then eating any other kind of meat.
THE TASTIEST BOUNTY
what would you do if just stopped two (possibly armed) robbers, and they got up and CAME AFTER YOU
That dude in the tan overcoat kicked some ass though.
Not...Not walk towards them?
He probably felt badass as hell after that, about to lay the beatdown on them. Then he realized that they weren't exactly downed, so he split.
Fight or flight at it's finest.
okay, I laughed way too much at this
someone should make a webcomic of cleverbot conversations
I thought you hated jerkcity
