Hm... fair enough. Just seemed like overkill to me. *shrug*
Thanks.
Charging a crime based solely on confession or admission alone with no corroborating evidence isn't very good practice and it's not the best way to meet the burden of proof.
I made my man but I cannot summon the energy to write his backstory.
You had been using your immense power to fight people at the local pub and win money from the bets.
One day you saw a highwayman riding down a dusty road. A fair maiden begged you to stop the thief, but you couldn't be bothered to waste his time on petty criminals.
Later that same highwayman thrust his rapier through the heart of your Uncle. From that day you swore to do what was right.
I know his backstory, I'm just too lazy to write it.

Does that mean Apple isn't going to cooperate with the investigation? Seeing as how they would have the emails with Gizmodo about the iPhone, plus probably server records of them remotely deactivating the lost iPhone the night it was lost.

The correct spelling is "spiderdashman"
As in
Spiderdashman, Spiderdashman
Does whatever a Spiderdashman can...

They could if they wanted to. If not the records could be subpoenaed to court if necessary. Records in the defendant's possession are a whole different thing though and generally more incriminating because the defendant can't claim that Apple made it all up.
The University of Florida—funded by DARPA—has found a film-thin material that will add inexpensive, lightweight night vision to everything, from gadgets to cameras to car windshields. The key was in the same technology that powers OLED displays.
Cool

At this point it's more or less too late - REACT fucked up the seizure, and fruit of the poisonous tree kicks in.

How does that apply to records Apple could provide from their own servers?

The games for Windows thing is interesting. Also achievements on the PC version now show up in my profile and add to my gamerscore.
All I have so far is that he was in the Far Realm for awhile.

I was attempted to stay up extra late.
But that is foolish.

I picture the apple security force as the "stormtroopers" from Spaceballs - big round white helmets and all.
It reveals that the correct spelling is "SLJDERMAN"
I like this almost as much as Bathuman.
OK. They're kind of busy though, it'll have to wait.
