Yeah, the ending made me smile. The last few minutes were definitely the best so far in Season 6. I also liked the parts where Hermes walked out of the explosion or when Scruffy was roasting Zoidberg.
Maybe it's because I've been watching a decent amount of the earlier seasons, but Bender's modern voice seems off to me. It's far to soft compared to his earlier voice. Still arguably the best episode of the season. This also seems like it's the episode with the most Hermes out of the entire series.
Bender: Hey, we're just a stone's throw from Tijuana. *Throws a rock* See?
Stereotyped Mexican Voice: Dios mio! A rock has fallen here in the outskirts of Tijuana.
Bender: Is it within the city limit?
Voice: I think, yes.
Bender: *Points at Hermes* Told you.

Slowpoke Esteban...never to be seen on American television again.
Was this the first Hermes/Bender centric episode they've done? I know they've done some stuff with Hermes (GO BODY SUIT GO!) but I can't remember any time when it was just the two of them.
Part of me loves that the end montage pretty much apes the end to Leela's Homeworld in Season 4. Why? Because for some reason that style of montage always pulls the "Daw, isn't that cute" heartstring.
It was that, but it was also a rubix cube made of rubix cubes made of cubicles.. And it was herme's "get away desk" AND bender called the whole thing boring. It was awesome.
One joke that I think a lot of people missed: Hermes says "Sweet file not found of Puget Sound!" Puget sound refers to Seattle and surrounding towns including Redmond. This is of course where Microsoft (and many other tech companies) is located.

Have any of you been bored enough to translate the memo that Leela received?
I haven't, but I'm both curious and lazy enough to ask if someone else has.

It's also in Washington state, where The Evergreen State College is located, where Matt Groening went to college. They had a joke about Evergreen in "Crimes Of The Hot".

"Goodbye, friends!"
Miniature bending units are unbearably cute.

"You call that an ink defense!?"
That and I love the cameo's she does all of the time like the Nun that Jay goes down on in JaSBSB.
Also,
Best Bender picture. And I loved the ending song. That scene was fuckawesome.
How did it go again?
My DVR didnt record it

And the picture of Mom at the factory looks like Frida Kahlo, complete with unibrow.
Call me weird, but man, did I love the return to the bureaucracy. So many great jokes.
Also: "A pile of dead bears? That can mean only one thing!"
Pffft. That joke is Cleveland Show fodder.
I thought Scruffy dying was pretty funny, actually.
Also, Rubix Cubicle.

Have at you, sir. It fits with the whole future fauna theme Futurama has going on.
Edit: Oh shit, I just got the Rubix cubicle pun
Mmm hmm.
Given the nature of this episode, I was surprised that this was the only Blade Runner reference they worked into it.
Cube
What was the joke? That the cubicles made a rubix cube of rubix cubes?
It's a spoof of this.
I missed that one. What was it about?
Also
"That's what I just said, you mortal coil!"
"I recommend the men's room at the TWA terminal."

How they've made me "D'aww" over a picture of Bender I'll never know.
But I certainly applaud them for it.
