    What an amazing thing to wake up to.

    The art is tremendous - those painted textures on the sky, the orange and reddish-brown hues to everything, the colors are great.

    Mike keeps finding ways to impress me even more with his art.

    I went from playing copious amounts of New Vegas to reading this comic and it struck me as very....correct.

    Also, assuming the dudes a robo-jesus? Getting...his last rites broadcast into his positronic brains?

    This is a good comic. I think this will spark the great board war of 2010 in which those that love this will hate those that love that. The board will be aflutter with the rage of those whose master work is not chosen. Yes, verily I say unto the board, bring down this destruction on all of us for I see the end of time nearing.

    Also, I never want to trade anything for my thrice weekly comics. Nothing.

    These things make me wish G&T would start a comics label. Probably wouldn't be commercially viable, but monthly series of Lookouts, Automata, Sand etc. that could do more long-term graphic-novel-style stories?

    Yes.

    I would just like to add that I attempted to think of a means of truly expressing the vast depth of emotion, the raw, visceral, gut-wrenching beam of pure Hope that lies behind that simple affirmation regarding this work of art in the OP. I was unable to do so. I am unsure that it is even physically possible.
