I find myself using the swedish word "dock" way too much when I IM people.
Its a pretty ugly word and the sentence would mean exactly the same if I didn't add it. Its weird. But then I have had a long battle to stop myself from typing "actually" in every sentence even though it adds absolutely nothing and is just annoying.

1. Omg lol yes that's why he is my broseph 4 lyfe
2. I know that a lot of people find video game romances painfully embarrassing, but I really find this kind of stuff both hilarious and sweet. There is something really cute about the internet's shared virtual friends hooking up that gets my attention in a way discussions of tech or the mechanics of shooting Man's doesn't.

...what does it mean?
I don't know how to translate it properly, its like "even so" or "despite that". Sometimes it can be used as "but" kind of.

In a perverse way, photoshops like that actually give Fox some credibility.
Why do people bother doing things like that? There's no need to edit anything to make Fox News look bad - they're doing all the heavy lifting on their own.
Oh, and to jump in late on the ME2 discussion - I'm doing two replays right now (on PC, if it matters, with lair of the shadow broker but no other DLC) in order to set up two very different Sheps for when I buy ME3. I'm estimating at this point that I'll finish my first replay in about 25 hours, maybe 30 tops (for each of my two Sheps I'm doing about 75% of the loyalty missions).

So it's like the German "doch" when you are responding to something contrarily?

ME1 and ME2 with all DLC each took me around 50-60 hours.
Edit: each
Edit 2: I will double check this when I get home
the "no true scotch man" fallacy.
You don't have to defend FOX to laugh at people going "well I figured it was shopped it's still totally believable because lol fox amirite?"
That is the definition of Fake But Accurate, and it is pretty much always laughable.
I don't like her face
we're not really doing that
we're going wait is this fake? I can't tell right away

Simon Cowell raised them from foetuses.

because Jennifer Hale plays that scene like she's a little drunk
"Hey, at least FOX isn't that bad."
Not sure that's "credibility".
Fox News, y'all!
as close as they get
This isn't about what was said (or wasn't, and "believable is not the same thing as "accurate").
This is about the righteous martyr Spool and the tiny minority of Real Americans being horribly oppressed by the evil liberal media.
