There were so many good episodes of Avatar. Instinct makes me want to pick Ember Island Players or like one of the season finales as my favorite episode.
But ultimately, every time I think back it's inevitably The Blind Bandit that was the most fun to watch.
In fairness, Pema was the one who went to Tenzin and confessed. It's not like Tenzin just got tired of his old beau and went for someone younger and sprier; Pema instigated it.
yeah but
Pema doesn't say "and she dumped him and broke his airbending heart and then i swooped in"
no
from the sound of things, he was with another woman that Pema determined was wrong for him
she told him how she felt
Tenzin went "oh ok" and ditched his old girl for Pema
still makes Tenzin look like kind of a jack-off unless his previous girl was an awful harridan
her words on the subject were that she was "watching my soul-mate spend his life with the wrong woman"
she tells him how she felt, and then "the rest is history"
kinda glosses over the idea that Tenzin just up and ditched his previous girlfriend for Pema, and unless Tenzin was in the habit of dating women 15 years younger than him...
yeah
I dunno man
the story Pema told was super simplistic
love isn't that clean
she left out a lot of stuff and therefore I don't think it's fair to judge anyone involved based on what she said
I suspect she was looking back on their relationship through nostalgia
She's also a 36C. How big a girls boobs look depends very much on her other measurements (and if she's flaunting them. Salma Hayek is definitely flaunting them most of the time).
Megan Fox for example is a 34C and Katy Perry is a 32D

I actually really like probending, and how it contrasts to "real" bending
All their motions look like professional boxing, which is really cool as differences go, and when Korra goes ape she breaks out of that mold pretty hard
Also this last episode was best episode, anyone who disagrees jsut hates hilarity
So I just started watching this show (the first one) after a bunch of recommendations, and it's pretty alright so far, halfway through the first season.
However I also just watched the first episode of Korra, and that looks like it's going to be awesome. Does anyone know if Nick is putting the episodes up on their site on a rotating basis (last X episodes), or if they're going to be around for awhile?
I know I'm a few pages late on this
But the first season only really picks up around where you are.
You get a sense of the rest of the show at the season 1 finale, which still might be my favorite couple of episodes in the series if only for one character who is only in that finale
Yeah, I intend to finish watching it, and I'll just keep up on Korra in the meantime -- watched all the episodes available online in case they start taking down the earlier ones.

leave any awkward overhanging tension in this episode. What little it had was bad enough. Sooo good to get that stuff resolved more or less in the same episode than extend it over several and ruin everything.
Personally I find the Boob conversation pretty silly too.
But I guess I'm just a bit jaded.

what i find weird about the boob conversation is it started with somebody pointing out how other people on the internet were creepy weirdos for having a boob conversation

I loved
The Bros before Hos moment Mako and Bolin had after they got knocked out of the ring.

This may be cheating, but I always imagined Aang was airbending to help lift people in these situations.
Just think about that
at least Korra is visibly muscular, it's not like she's a twig or anything

I was expecting her to hate her actor like the rest
but she loved it
I suspect she was looking back on their relationship through nostalgia
I am thinking height is also a factor here

Jesus Christ, guys, there isn't something less pedantic to bicker about?
how is it pedantic
goatmon you are using that word
like
do you think people are actually using it as a criticism of the show
or more to point out that
tenzin you a playa
wait what is he bitching about
the "tenzin tapping midtwenties pussy" conversation or the korra titty conversation
was it pony
that dude always bickers
like some sort of canadian bickering robot
The tenzin conversation is more just silly in that it's a conversation at all
really wasn't expecting the Boulder to show up
Does it really matter?
Yes.
I just didn't expect him to be on their side after they last met
yes the point is that it's silly
it's one of those things that makes you go "hey wait a minute" if you sit down and do the math and consider the story you are told
I am so glad they didn't
But I guess I'm just a bit jaded.

she's only a C cup because she wants to be near falling out all the time
those are D's by any realistic measurement
Boob conversations beget boob conversations.
