I think the only logical solution is for both of you to give me your Pokemon and I'll pit them against each other in my game and see who wins. I'll even give them back.
otherwise, again, my marowak would have done its little rampage
i did two hit his skarm, though, which is always nice, otherwise he swept me
and i killed who else, some dude

Skarmory AND Blissey?
That's a sad panda.

Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
Well, we finally got an entire match completed, and I turned out the victor. It was well fought on both sides, and Shujin's prediction really caught my attention for both matches. We both made some notable errors, but that's the battle I guess. When both people are trying so hard to foresee the future of the match, it's pretty chaotic I think.
Thanks Shujin.
Well, I cannot wait to play this youtube match. It's like my pokemon dream. Let's get this final going!

do it up man
nozz is pretty fierce, he's got his bases covered
I think my next team is going to be something like Skarmory, Blissey, Electivire, Gengar, Gyarados, Metagross
that look good?
At least i do know that nozz deserved to win, and i will do my best to make my team better
(although for an experimental trick room team, which was mostly gimmicks, it wasn't terrible)
I think my next team is going to be something like Skarmory, Blissey, Electivire, Gengar, Gyarados, Metagross
that look good?
It looks zzzzzzzzzzz
EDIT: I take that back, because both Nozz and BlueBlue have equally boring teams (with the exception of Mismagius and Umbreon, who I like). All people concerned about overcentralizing the game have won, flawless victory.
Well, Shujin lost. I don't know if it's good because someone avenged my lost battle, and to prevent him from becoming champ twice in a row, or if it's bad because someone beat the guy who beat me.

When I see your fully trained and well bred team, you can talk shit in this thread, okay?

Nozz is right, even if you have a very powerful team, it takes skill to be able to win it, and be able to make that powerful team balanced enough to not lose
i mean, his team is pretty fast, for it to be able to stand against a trick room team and succeed takes some skill no matter what you say
I would also like to say that the "SkarmBliss" strategy was not employed against me in order for him to achieve his victory
I think my next team is going to be something like Skarmory, Blissey, Electivire, Gengar, Gyarados, Metagross
that look good?

I wasn't criticizing how well-bred or trained they were. And I'm sure the strategy you use is more than sound. But both teams, on paper, are boring.

Nozz, I just added you and am about to get into position...the camera is on a box between my legs and I won't be able to move a lot when I do it so I probably won't be able to type anything for the duration of the battle. I was more concerned about Master Sword over there losing than me winning, so I'm just hoping for a fun battle. I'll be trying my hardest of course. You're already my poke-hero.

Hey friend, that is awesome. No need for chatting when you're getting the whole freakin' battle on youtube.

Okay, you're right. Those pokemon are COMPLETELY unexpected and, in fact, I think you may be the first one to ever use any of them on a team together! Well done!
Chill out. You've got a good match coming, if only because your opponent has a similar team and it will come down to strategy almost entirely. Which is interesting. But the pokemon themselves? Please.
Even if people use OU pokemon or teams, it dosnt mean they will win 100% of the time, theres tons of different things that happen in a battle that could spell an easy doom for Skarmory or Blissey.
In the end its best to use pokes your more comfortable with.

Looks like you've got it all figured out buddy. I can't wait to fight your incredible pseudo-make-believe team next tournament

Yeah, I agree. I just think a more varied final two would add to the excitement, and hopefully diversify the tournaments.
I have a bunch of mini-tournament ideas I'd like to suggest, but I don't know if any of them would really be good.
For example, I'd like to see a small tournament where everyone would have to use the same Pokes (maybe three Pokemon total for that sort of thing). Small so there wouldn't be too many battles with all the same Pokemon. Anyway, if the three chosen were all ones with a large variety of moves I think it would be interesting to see all the different strategies match up.
I think another idea I would be amused by would be a tournament where everyone might "donate" a Pokemon of some decentness that would be decided upon. Then everyone who was participating would take turns choosing a Poke from the pool and would have to try to make teams using them. Again, this would be best for a smaller tournament.
Additionally, I'd like to see a tournament of all Pokes that are normally considered "useless beyond salvation".
Again though, I'm not sure these ideas are even remotely appealing to anyone aside from myself.
I'd just like to chime in and say that I hate Blissey. I hate everything about her. I hate her aesthetically, statistically, conceptually, and any other "ally" I missed. I hate her. Period. And if anyone ever sees me using her I give you full permission to call me a sell-out poke'whore.
Looks like you've got it all figured out buddy. I can't wait to fight your incredible pseudo-make-believe team next tournament
What does "pseudo-make-believe" even mean? It's only kind of fake?
If I can enter the next tournament (read: if I have time), I'd love to see how my battling skills stack up. But I'm not claiming to be some sort of poke-pioneer, expecting to make it to the finals with a team full of Metapods or something. I'm just an interested spectator right now, and I'm put off by teams I've seen before in the same way that I'm put off by reruns on television. It's nothing to which someone should take offense.

Bronzong – Wonton
Dusknoir – BonelssRib
Porygon-Z – PekingDuck
Marowak – Chopstick
Metagross - Wok
Togekiss – TsoChicken
They valiantly fought, using every sauce and flame they could muster
(and i was joking about my next team, my teams will probably only get more creative from here, so watch out)

All jokes aside, I roll my eyes if I see one of the pair on someone's team but I lose all respect when I see both.
