Ha, what? I'm nowhere near Creuss. Muaat is the one on your flank. There's empty space between me and him while the path to wormhole D is littered with nice planets to gobble up. The idea of my conquering Muatt and moving on to Creuss is silly. My max strength fleet with 2 actions cards barely beat his half formed fleet. I'm just destroying his forward base right on the wormhole.
Do not underestimate how insanely good full powered movement 2 warsuns are. If you think my fleets of a couple destroyers and cruisers nowhere near you is somehow the bigger threat...
Do you not want to avenge those innocent trade goods Muaat stole from you?
Yin's watchdogging for the Jol-Nar allowed for them to freely attack the Naalu is what put us in this mess. Someone's gotta clean up that mess and I can't think of anything better than 2 movement warsuns.
There's no reason for anyone to ever go through the D gate unless I'm a point away from winning or they have an objective to claim someone's homeworld.
And besides if you got rid of Muaat's spacedock how would we get a chance to blockade it ( I kid, I kid)
Creuss plays a sabotage card-we hope you remember this going forward and will continue to act in our mutual interests
The FAQ and everything are kind of explicit that mech units never fall under any rule mentioning ground forces. Does this mean invading a planet with no ground forces but a mech unit would not fulfill that objective? Sounds like the letter of the law says it wouldn't, but the spirit of the law says it would.

Succesfully invading a world containing a Mechanized Unit and no Ground Forces does not count towards the conditions of the public objective.
Did our military engagement in Naalu space count as a successful invasion with an opposing GF, or does the bombardment of the world negate our ability to claim the objective?
