I really like the idea of the PAX pin sets(the merch booth ones) having a Gabe and Tycho, it just adds continuity. The hotdog fairy and the iron guard stance are neat and all, but to people like me it's just not Penny Arcade with them doing things.
Additionally, I'd like to see a second take on the D&D Podcasts. Aeofel, A Chris Perkins pin, maybe a Viari and a Morgaen pin to round out the "Interns" with the ever present, ever awesome Dungeon Master Supreme.
No, no. I want an F5 pin. Make it limited edition, like 500, randomly dropped on the store.

And they shouldn't be listed on the front page; they should only be found by correctly guessing the URL, which changes each time they're dropped.
I think a set of pins with real images of Mike and Jerry and the versions of themselves they drew in one of their strips (im forgetting it right now) would be hilarious
I tweeted to him but not sure if he got it, I want a Scott from blaminations pin, and Kris to have a matching one of him, and have both pins fit together like one of those heart shaped pendants that break in the middle
