Yeah that makes sense. I would say your weight in your situation is perfectly fine. If you continue to lose more I'd add more quantity of healthy stuffs to your diet. My dad is a bit shorter than you and significantly lighter and is very healthy for his age outside of genetics.
If you do lift more, I would definitely advise adding more to your diet.

my knee is crippled and my hip is f'd up and my shoulders click and i am weak as shit
i am as weak as if i had never exercised i feel like tho
like a newborn
you'll never know if you'll ever be ok if you don't do it forever
also i was able to start doing some light running things, sunday and monday i did a few miles, no issues so it appears i may be on the mend after this stress fracture and finally back on the path to hundreds
my week and a half of subsisting on chips, queso, and alcohol seems to have set my weight loss back 5 pounds or so. not exactly a shocking development.
if you dropped the alcohol you'll be 8-pack cut in two weeks
