it's actually not even a question. if i met racism in an establishment and saw another individual coming into the place who would experience the same thing I would immediately warn them and steer them away.

i don't know a lot about the legal degrees of murder but supposing they definitely did that- what do y'all think is the appropriate charge?
i guess it feels to me like if they've done this many, many times without people dying, a manslaughter type charge (where the death is assumed to be negligent rather than direct and sought out, or whatever is the legalese) is appropriate. i read that one of the cops at least is getting second degree murder.
