I have been re-reading age of ultron this afternoon; I really wish the end had tied into time runs out / secret wars. It just seems like such a cooler explanation than what we got
it was the smallest on the list but
Pluto was a planet and I'll never forget
So I resubbed to Marvel Unlimited. This time instead of trying to read all of the events in order (which was my plan the first time I tried to get into comics) I'm going to just read stuff that catches my interest. Speaking of which Ms Marvel is fantastic. This is going much better.
I know that there are a lot of criticisms of Age of Ultron
But you can freeze almost any goddamn frame of this movie and it is a living breathing comic book panel

I figure they'll keep the Marvel stuff on Tuesdays
8 The Muppets
8:30 Damage Control
9 SHIELD
10 Most Wanted
Midseason: switch out one of the sitcoms for Galavant, the other for something new. SHIELD switches out for Carter, Most Wanted for the John Ridley (?) project
I couldn't be more stoked for this book. Williams previously did work for Samurai Jack, but it wasn't the best place for her to showcase her talents. I still stand behind my former statement that she's the only artist that should be allowed on Superman.
Brittney Williams, Erica Henderson, and Ramon Villalobos are some of my favorite artists now, and have been for a long time. I couldn't be more excited that they're all getting work from Marvel at the moment.
The "their designs don't translate well to other artists" criticism has now been brought up for all three. And, as far as I'm concerned, criticizing someone because more generic artists draw their characters poorly is more of a compliment than a complaint.
Has there been a sentai show with a mythical animal theme? Like unicorn, phoenix, sphinx, manticore, etc?
yes, but it was before we started getting PR series based on them. Changeman, the 9th series.
Dairanger also had mythical animals as Zords, and you can see those as the Thunderzords in MMPR
My Dairanger sense was tingling (back on the forums for PAX Aus reasons) and yeah, that series was all about kung-fu and creatures from Chinese folklore. I'm looking forward to the Shout! Factory release coming out soon.
after watching that playlist somebody shared elsewhere of all the Power Ranger / movie mashups, I have to ask
what do you folks think is the best Power Rangers theme
for my money, I really like Zeo. It incorporates the original, and has its own great hook. I actually really liked it spliced over Age of Ultron footage.
Lightspeed Rescue and Lost Galaxy are the best theme songs in my opinion, but the Secret Best theme was the demo one they made for RPM that was never used
I am going to try very hard to focus all of my willpower to actually watch Ghost every week. Maybe we can dig the KR thread back up and revive it. There was a lot of Gaim and early Drive discussion, but then it dropped off.
Wow, that's pretty awesome. Looks like it has some pretty obscure stuff, too. Might be nice to just play around with it for a bit, too, if someone can figure out how to sign up for it.
Probably a bit late mentioning this now but Bandai Of America just started pre-orders for the Legacy Thunder Megazord. If you have 200 bucks, it's all your's on February 2016.

Pluto was a planet and I'll never forget
They really should have added one more page....
There's also Magiranger!

So
Damage Control is Marvels Parks & Rec?
Well, they also try to blow up schools for contracts.
Star-Lord returns to Earth, finds units* aren't worth anything, and must take a government job to pay his way.

That is such a good picture agh!
I'm not sure if it's been brought up in the story yet but I guess we'll soon see just how much information Doom let Ben remember.
Let's Play Final Fantasy 'II' (Ch10 - 5/17/10)

And yay I was right about a sentai thing
Bad
I know, I know.
I need the Dragonzord first.
THAT'S what it is!
I couldn't put my finger on it.
That'd probably be because they were most likely based of statues of the animals they represent
Green Ranger's Shishi (Lion):
Blue Ranger's Tenma/Tianma (Pegasus):
Yellow Ranger's Qilin (Chimera):
I want a pink hoodie with RAP on it
