yup. that's the draw of indices. don't try and pretend like you're smarter than the billion dollar financial industry just try and get the baseline returns while minimizing expenses (mutual funds are actively managed so they draw higher expenses due to both management fees and transaction costs)

Sister's couch! Then various friend couches until a more permanent solution presents itself. Guess being away from it for so long, I lost my immunity to it. Only took a week and change to wear me down! ;P
Tomorrow she goes in for a memory clinic thing at her GP's, sister is escorting her, so maybe they can get the ball rolling on some kind of social care for her, but honestly, the way she's been attacking me over the last couple days, I'd say the last dwindling threads of compassion I had for her are gone, I don't really care if they can arrange for someone to look after her or not, long as it ain't me.
