I'm at work, so haven't been able to try. How would Deathwing + Astral Communion work? Basically, "I don't care what you are putting on the board, it's going away every turn if I want."
I guess it takes till turn 3-4 to work, which may be too slow for the meta. (Can't believe I had to say that haha)
Depends on how often you run into mill druid. Neutralize + coldlight wrecks most things.

I guess this is where we find out that the reason the brawls have been so terrible so often is that they cause people to actually play the game and it burns blizzards infrastructure

Tried Innervate/Coldlight for my first match and it beat Mechwarper/Gorillabot.
But that was mainly because he kept trading his dudes into my coldlights...
what's fun about a mage who fireball and ice blocks every turn? a druid who coldlight and naturalizes? a warlock who knife jugglers and forbidden? the game is over after the first 2 cards are played. It's either yours are better, or the opponents. There's no skill, it's predetermined.
So. I enjoy playing the deck I made for constructed. I know it's not great. It will never be great, but I don't have the skill to get higher than like rank 15 anyway, so that doesn't really matter. I WOULD like to try and make the deck a bit better though. It's a C'thun Rogue deck. my biggest bane is aggro, but I'm not really sure how to make it better against aggro.
The taunts are basically just for that, but I dunno. They don't seem to be helping too much.
Right, just like poker is a deck building game too.
It's more like War. You choose a card and the opponent chooses a card. It's both random and from the same set, whose is higher? There's the winner! Fun and interactive.

Yes, if you attempt to build a deck without ever thinking about what you will face, it will feel random.

So far I've won with
ice block + torch/frostbolt/lance, torch seems like it's the most consistent
mechwarper + metaltooth leaper, you win on turn 3 if you get 3 warpers on the mull and draw 2 leapers

Not quite from the same set. I've noticed that a lot of the really nasty combos use cards from Naxx or GvG.
Your main goal here is just flooding the board with Mechwarpers, and then eventually getting free Fel Cannons. Mulligan entirely for Mechwarpers.
You'll be able to develop your board faster than the scumbag Mill Druid can react. Oh, you used 3 Naturalizes on my guys? Thanks for the hand refill, have another full board. Ignore Coldlights completely and just go face (Fel Cannon kills em for free).

This thing is all about speed. I can't have any fun. T_T
Edit: Annnnnnnnnnnnd back to mechwarper + mech decks and mill druid with one mill rogue.

This happened right after I won a game with my Innervate + Yogg deck. The awesomeness was too much for the servers to handle.

Opponent druid turn 1: "A natural mistake!"
Innverate x 3 and Dr. Boom
Me turn 2:
I basically drop 7 coldlights after a million innervates and mill like 2-3 of his cards.
Opponent druid turn 2: I concede.

I like IB + Frostbolt better.

You know what? They should instigate a rule that you can not play the same class 3x in a row and the same card 5x in a row.
i don't have access to priest cards roz
Maybe that's what people find fun.
so... renounce the darkness?

It lost to Fireball + Ice Block, but I wonder if that plays out differently if I had the coin? More research is required.
