And here I thought Quests were going to be so powerful that they were auto-include in every single deck. Good to see I'm wrong for once.
I'm not saying that this Quest is bad or anything, far from it. But it's specialized, meaning not EVERY Shaman deck is gonna run it. That's good design.
Priest on the other hand, is wayyyy too powerful, to the point where if you're not running Deathrattle/Amara Priest, you're probably doing it wrong. Warlock arguably as well, Lakkari Sacrifice seems way too strong to not be an auto-include.
Unite the Murlocs is a good quest, though. I am very very glad to see it's not a Shaman auto-include.

Control warlock can't really afford to run that many discard cards. But otoh control warlock is renolock atm and that dies with Reno (and funnel cake guy) unless they add a lot of healing.

I agree, but I think that also has to do with Priest loosing their only other archetype (Dragons) while Shaman allready have two-three playable different archetypes. (Control, Midjade, possibly aggro or evolve). Then again, I could see priests run both an N'zoth and Dragon package...
I hope most quests will be used to push classes in new directions though

Classic control priest is pretty close to being the shit, tbh. All it needs is some better draw, and the shadow visions thing... is kinda slow, but will still probably help
Wait shit, we're losing power word: glory, aren't we?

Also, the Paladin Legend at the end of those videos was leaked from Chinese translation. It's the quest reward for Paladin:
Oh that's going to take FOREVER. so it can be a 5 casting cost, 8/8 with windfury, divine shield and can't be targeted. If you can get that it's pretty good. Though you'd might want stealth over divine shield

Oh, I misread that and thought the Quest was to Adapt 5 times. I thought that was easy. But the Legendary minion Adapts 5 times as it's battlecry! Wow, that's really cool. May not be good, but it's fun.
Boy that's fucking radical. That's a REALLY good card.
Reminder for what the Adapt buffs are:
1) Deathrattle: "Summon two 1/1 Plants."
2) +3 Attack
3) Can't be targeted by spells or Hero Powers.
4) Divine Shield
5) Windfury
6) Taunt
7) +3 Health
8) +1/+1
9) Stealth until your next turn
10) Poisonous
So you could, for example, get an 8/8 with Divine Shield, Taunt, Can't be targeted by Spells or Hero Powers.
Galvadon is gonna be fucking crazy nuts, man.
Also Brann combos in Wild....
Edit: Also I'm operating under the assumption that each Adapt can only be done once? Shit, maybe I'm wrong and you can stack the buffs... In which case, holy shit that's even better.

Stacking buffs is better for having a second tirion, but I think might be worse for the OTK. I think discovering without replacement would significantly up your odds to hit both windfury and a removal avoidance technique.

Well, that's something of an issue because the people playing Galvadon (which is what you'd be bringing BGH in for, as a way to get around spell resistance) can just not adapt it over 6 attack which leaves BGH a dead card.
Until they play Lightlord, I guess. Iunno, maybe. Although renolock likely dying and taking mountain giant with it hurts BGH's utility.

But, we might see Dred more, and we're often seeing bigass VanCleefs and such these days. A lot of the quest reward mobs are viable targets.
There's no way to really know until we know how the meta shakes out. If aggro decks are still super hot, there probably won't be a lot of big minions everywhere else because there just isn't time to develop them.

Ok, Galvadon looks sick good. But we still don't know what hoops we need to jump through to summon him.

Whalen on twitter clarified that each Adapt choice is individual (in response to a question of Adapt's interaction with Brann), so you process each one independently of each other.
So Galvadon will have 5 Adapts that each pull from the entire 10 choices, 3 at a time. Much less likely to double up.
