Muster
- spending 1 resource to place six Regulars and two Tories in North Carolina
- spending 1 resource to place two Tories in Savannah.
- Reward Loyalty in North Carolina for 2 resources to move it neutral.
British resources to 0. Support to 8 (due to un-blockading NYC). Opposition to 15.
The French movement rules are interesting and you really have to keep those in mind when putting forces down.
Command Only Muster
1 Regular to West Indies
Yep. They're kind of the opposite of the British where you read the British and you're like, "okay but they can't move everywhere." Then you see them in action and yes, they can move everywhere. Meanwhile with the French you're like, "hell yea they got boats they can move... oh huh I can't go anywhere."
Why exactly? I was thinking of just marching into SC or VA.
My 1 on Naval Pressure (combined with what some might call a mistake of placing Tories in Savannah) means that I'm broke going into first eligible on the next card, where if I take C+SA to actually do things or pass for money, the Patriots can take the event to swing supp/opp by three and end the card at +10.
edit: and the next card has a 20% chance of being WQ.

Okay Geth I forgive you and I love you.
Battle in North Carolina, spending 1 down to 2.
- activate two War Parties (it's my choice as the initiating player).
- @Hedgethorn can choose to activate Militia.
The British roll will be 3D3 +1 (regulars) +1 (underground) -1 (defending Mr. Retreat).

Win the Day puts North Carolina to Passive Support, I think, just so that's explicit. (+2 support)
Patriots will take the Event.
Shift Charles Town to Active Opposition and put a Militia there. (+1 opposition)
Shift New York City to Neutral. No more available militia, so remove one from North Carolina and move it to Charles Town (Edit: this should of course say New York) if that's allowed. (-2 support)
I think that leaves us at Opposition = 16 and Support = 8.
@admanb for the next card. @A Half Eaten Oreo will be first eligible, so long as Winter Quarters isn't flipped.

edit: though if I roll another 1 on Naval Pressure
I'd have to do the math but that's probably about as risky as Naval Pressure if he activates Militia.
If my math checks out March 4 War Parties into North Carolina.

Brits lose one regular. No matter what is rolled, Patriots will lose both continentals.

Since Patriots lost two cubes, NC moves from Neutral to Passive Oppo.
