If not, go with the thinner metal ones. Thick plastic always makes me think of Drew Carey

It's trying to pretend you don't have glasses on but they only subtract in that scenario.
The trick is finding a pair that actually do something for you. I have a pretty big head so I went for a pair of black framed Ray bans that are both of a thicker frame and have larger lenses because trying to minimize my glasses profile makes it look like I'm wearing Ben Franklin's bifocals

The frame on my more attractive pair of Gunnars is only on the top, and doesn't really affect the appearance of my eyes in regards to my head.

Im looking at PC parts on AliExpress and I cant tell if its the shitty CAD or just the pricing isnt stellar but I dont see why you would risk buying a out of warranty part from China at similar to retail prices?
