It was hard to pass up Sovereign Armor because that 25 Armor would mean you weren't paper thin anymore. But now you can trade 15 armor off for essentially 10 psuedo permanent armor+psuedo perma health globe regen. I think that'll be a good talent now.
Brand of Solarion was a very novel idea before but at a 3 second duration it meant it actually didn't get any value at all. It was by all definitions a trap talent. At 5 seconds it will be worth picking. You can get a LOT more autos off in a 5 second window than a 3 second window.

So you can do more damage, or why you should just take sanctification.

It could enable them to inflict damage back at the enemy, or withdraw to a safer location so that they aren't just KO'd once the ult ends or is interrupted.
I just had a game where our opponents didn't ban anything during draft. We draft a "normal" comp and they go: Nova, Valerra, Garrosh, Maiev, and Artanis. Poor waveclear, no healer. WTF?
Then we get in game, and their Garrosh is nowhere to be seen. I'm soaking bot as Rag and the first obj spawns at top. I figured I'd clear the lane and then join, but Valerra and Artanis show bot/mid, so I stay there to get the soak figuring my team could handle the 3v5.
But then something weird happens. Valerra heads down in to the bot merc camp. I was guessing she was checking to see if anyone was taking it. Then one of the mercs comes flying out of the smoke into the lane. I see Valerra leave, presumably heading top, and Artanis/Nova/Maiev at the shrine. So I poke my head in and see Garrosh on the camp.
Well, he's sort of just standing there getting hit and occasionally hitting back. He never left, just hung around there hitting a merc every once in a while. We ended up smashing down both top Fort and Keep with the first Punisher. We ended up closing the game out with the next Punisher and a huge XP lead. During that push, the Garrosh threw their Maiev right into our deathball and she evaporated.
Now I've seen some rage before, but this shit was next level. I'm guessing that lobby was full of serious salt and fire. Glad to be on the other side of it for a change.

i'm so fuckin happy with my boy's rework. SKELETONSSSSSSS
i've tried both a Jailors/Q build and a full W build, they both seem really good. i'm honestly not really sold on Reaper's Toll still, to be perfectly honest. even without the quest component now. Jailors is just still fucking insane and provides a huge DPS increase on your E.
his 16 tier is really really interesting now though with the additions of Decrepify and Weaken. Decrepify is insanely strong, a 40% slow for 2.5 seconds is fucking beefy as shit. Q slows, which spawns a skellington which also slows, and if you took Jailors then your E slows now too... it's just very very strong and lets Xul stay on his target. it's some prime fuckin' CC for when Skeletal Mages is down. Weaken is also very very strong, it's great for shutting down hypercarries, but also like, the entire enemy team, honestly. obviously has great synergy with W build but you can take it in any build, i think.
Amplify Damage and Bone Spear are left in a sort of weird spot though. imo, i don't really see a reason to pick either of those two now. if you're going W build, you take Harvest, period the end. and Echoes has always always been strong and remains really strong especially with all the new Q synergy now (spawns more skellingtons, procs Decrepify, etc etc). so i don't see a reason to pick Amplify, you lose out on too much i think. and Bone Spear, like, why would i pass up on a psuedo-permanent 40% slow or 40% damage reduction? those are insane. i almost feel like Amplify and Bone Spear should maybe swap places, that'd make Amplify more of an appealing pick, but Bone Spear.... maybe not. maybe move Bone Spear to 20 and buff the damage to compensate. idk! maybe they're fine, i have no idea what the actual winrates look like yet, but personally speaking i'd never want to pick either of them as it is right now.
Cold Hand of Death is pretty fuckin' nutty though especially with Echoes. you toss a Q into the whole enemy team and you're popping off Skeletal Mages left and right, it's nutty.
