I have an adjustable LED thingy. It worked out pretty well, I think it has 2 longer tubes and I used it on my succulents last year as the days got super short here.
Random heads up on those: I've been through a few similar ones (white LEDs). The AC-to-USB adapter that comes with most of them wasn't rated for the amount of current the lights drew at the highest setting. Sometimes caused the LEDs to burn out. A combination of better adaptor and the lights seemed to work ok.
Also got spam for quite a while after; they're one of the "free product for a five star review" sellers.
Sorry I don't have any better advice. I ended up switching to a combination of hydroponic kits and making my own LED strips.
kime , if Cid moves one square up, what squares in the Spectre's column can he see?
I would say... you could see the square two "North" of the Spectre? And the two squares above that too, in case you cared. RIGHT on the edge of being able to see the square directly above the Spectre, but I drew a line and I really don't think you'd be able to.
There's a metallic PING from Cidryn as an electrical pulse from the floating armour pushes all the heroes away from the mound.
'Ah', Cidryn smiles, as his clothes start rippling to an unfelt wind, 'here we go.'
There's a loud BANG and the Spectre hardly has time to register Cidryn's presence before it's hit with a wall of lightning.
There's another BANG and the sparking Guard also turns all too slowly to sight the disgusted Cidryn.
'You guys really don't get cleaned much, do you?' he states, flatly, wiping his fingers on his clothes.
The half-finished smiley face on the back of the Guard's helmet was probably a bad idea.
At the start of the turn, Electromag shoves Cid up 1, Xin right 1 and Kay down 1 (so as not to collide by going right 1), breaking adjacency but not triggering Vigiliance.
It's turn 5, so Cid's teleports are infinite range. And apparently Cid gets an extra free teleport too (so can carry bombs anywhere)
Cid teleports two above the Spectre and hits it with Levinblade
And then Cid teleports to the top of the mound.
Geth roll 3d8k2+4 for Levinblade damage with bonus damage from electrified
+1 piercing damage from Rohan being adjacent
Aether 2 -> 3
I think I'm using Aether wrong with my interrupt though
I think now it's one free interrupt a round, and if I need a second, then I can spend an Aether to recharge it.
Rather than just always recharging it with Aether.

If you guys ever felt like you were missing mons back when you transferred everything to Home, bank or swsh, don't forget about any misc systems in the games that might be holding on to them that aren't PC box related.
Popped open Ultra Moon a year later just now and found my dumb ass had left a lot of my best/well bred/favorite pokemon there in the poke pelago. A system I had completely forgotten existed.
Yes... You don't need to spend Aether to use the Aether Deflection unless you've done it already. Oops
re: your teleports, my understanding is that you get an infinite-range teleport before each action now. Then you also get an infinite-range teleport as your Move, as well. So you have anywhere from 1-3-ish Teleports a turn, albeit some need to be specifically timed.
The Spectre is just obliterated by the wall of lightning that Cid suddenly throws at them, before disappearing again. Nothing of it remains, but you can still sense a faint tingle in the air from its lingering presence. If you don't finish this fight soon, it's possible the Arc Spectre will Rise Again!
With Cidryn on the mound, the mechanism has stopped again.
The Tomb Guard has already acted. It's all on y'all now! I believe both Kay and Zin have yet to go.
I would pay money to have the ability to sort your Pokemon in the Box in Pokemon Sword. Even if it's by type/level/etc.
There is so much box organization stuff that really, really needs to exist. I hope (but don't expect) Scarlet and Violet improves this. Man, even just Legends Arceus, trying to sort my pokemon in any meaningful way was basically an exercise in tedious dragging and dropping, box swapping, etc etc. I eventually got that shit sorted by color but god damn I never wanna do that again (and also the system quickly fell apart as I got new stuff)
The big issue with Sword & Shield is that the jobs system wants certain pokemon types, but there's no actual way to sort or search by type (at least I don't think so) so it's a matter of scrolling through each page with the little preview window up and looking if a type I'm looking for shows in it. In some cases it's obvious what the type is because I remember or it's like, a pokemon that's on fire or something. But man there are a lot of pokemon that really should be a type they are not (ex: Crogunk not being water type, Drapion not being bug type, etc)
BTW Pokemon Company - if I'm doing a "search", please just return my search results. Don't gray out everything so I have to flip through 20 pages to find the 3 pokemon who are in color (which fuck me if it's Onix or something)
Honestly it feels like they design these systems around those people who only catch like 20 pokemon the whole game despite the games literally being about catching and collecting lots of pokemon. (it still weirds me out how many people play like that - not counting Nuzlockes of course... it feels so wrong :P )
Edit: Oh, oh, but Pokemon Home *almost* has this, albeit in the jankiest implementation possible. But you can at least sort by Pokemon #, age, etc, but only from a certain screen, not the one that you can actually move stuff around on. Still, I would *take* that for instances in the actual games where I'm just looking for a certain Pokemon in my boxes for something like the Jobs system in Sw&Sh. Like, literally give me anything, I'm begging you...
If I ever make a game where you collect monsters, which is very slim chance, the UI for sorting them is top priority. I derive more joy than I dare to admit from sorting things.
I would pay money to have the ability to sort your Pokemon in the Box in Pokemon Sword. Even if it's by type/level/etc.
Same.
Home really should have more functionality than it does.
Feels like a "sort by highest IVs" should really be a thing. I have a thousand pokemon and sorting all of them to see whats worth keeping and whats not is going to be really tedious anytime I set out to do it in a broader sense rather than a specific species based one.
Zin shifts to the right, avoiding stepping j to range of the Tomb Guard. He flings out a seed with one hand, streaking it towards the Tomb Guard, while his other hand waves and extends towards CID, covering him in white energy.

In no particular order:
- Search by name. What you want is at the top.
- Sort by route/area caught, and the boxes get backgrounds of that route.
- Sort by type, and the background reflect that.
- Sort by dex order.
- Sort by oldest or newest.
- Sort by highest or lowest values.
- Sort by highest or lowest level.
- Sort by colour, for fun.
- Sort by nature.
- Pair off! Which randomly picks two compatible mons for breeding, which you can pretend isn’t just numbers.
- Head to head! Which randomly selects two mons as friendly rivals.
- Buddy up! Which semi-randomly puts clumps of mons together as friends, bent towards those that have been in the party together.
- Oh, size too.
- Plus you should be able to mix a few options together
- Also many box background customisation things, naturally.
I’m thinking in this fictional scenario you’d actually watch the mini versions of them running around to sort themselves.
I finally finished the Arceus Pokedex and holy fuck this Arceus fight is bullshit. Like, I get that it's PokeGod but this is not fun at all. I still marvel at how fun these games are sometimes, given the apparent idiots that make them.
OK, so if Cid is Bloodied, you gain 1 Vigor for a shield. (Shields don't stack, I think you still have some leftover? This would replace that.) You can also ditch the Electrified now.
The Tomb Guard was still Poisoned, yeah, so is now Branded. Since this also deals Poison damage, it does Bonus damage. You can roll for that.
I don't see where the damage is Piercing, though. Reap is Pierce, Sow is not.
Your attacks gain on hit: After
the attack resolves, deal 2 piercing damage as an
effect to all foes marked by you, and bless all allies
marked by you.
Also Cid now has two blessings on him, so if anyone wants to get within range 2 of Cid, so that Xin can eat the blessings to give their attacks pierce (and bonus damage) against the armoured guard, happy to stand here and help :P
Damn squirrel (spotted, but possibly also other critters) has been snacking on or just otherwise vandalizing my plants! Which sucks, because they'd really improved outdoors, and the peperomia at least might be a goner. >:(

Kay doesn't take 2 damage for being adjacent to themselves...
But Cid does. HP 9 Shield 4
Do we think Cid hits the Spectre instead of focusing on the Guard?
Cid is going to move onto the mound regardless.
I'll take a look at the map to answer your question after dinner here.

Yeah Xin is adjacent to both Kay and Cid, and they both take 2 damage.
I thought Xin was Kay

This is pretty close: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Portfolio-1700-Lumen-150-Watt-Green-Line-Voltage-Plug-in-Halogen-Flood-Light/999971206 If I can find one of the GE PAR38 grow lights in stock. However ideally I was hoping for something a bit more focused and smaller. The PAR38 bulbs look huge.
they're prolly misplaced

Oh well. Turns out, Amazon Japan can get things here faster than Amazon US can, in some cases!
The details on her are next level, even compared to other later-generation Amiibo!
